Are you one of those people who apologises for everything?! My messages don't explode if not replied to for a few days. Keep me posted about the Kat gig, I'll be around. (Facebook, if preferred http://www.facebook.com/just.corn) No Borders tonight? It's gonna be a good one...

Yeah, WP had some good moments but the singer in particular was very weak. It's totally fine, your friend has nothing to be sorry about nor do you...good on him for speaking up! Couple of beers somewhere before Katatonia would be welcomed, given Koko bend you over for a can. Not sure who's going or what the plan is yet, so let me know if you want to meet up, I'm down with that. How was the overindulgent rocking out this weekend? I've just come back from visiting family so it's all been way too sensible at my end. I feel the need to break something!!

There was a lot of weirdness around last night, at least where I was standing. Rough day @ work, fell asleep and missed the start of Wolf People - what did you make of them? Yeah, I got bored of deciphering t'shirts pretty quickly I must admit - it was WAY more packed than I was expecting (busiest I've ever seen it in fact) and it would have been a bit of a freak occurrence if we had seen each other in the end. I was, however, clocked on my way to TCR by what I can only gather was an excitable little friend of yours. Random. Enjoy Enslaved & Happy Easter =)

Yeah, Borders is just the right size and always has a great crowd. The pillars drive me mental @ Underworld! Still, I've had a couple of epic gigs there recently. I was looking forward to Enslaved with Arch Enemy until the whole volcano saga, but I think the weather's too nice to justify 2 nights underground in a row! It's looking like I'm solo tonight so say hi if you see me (green skinnys, gold nail polish, scarves on my bag). Otherwise, have an awesome weekend =)

Me, I'm doing very well. Can't have too much Kyuss! We did the Sunday night...that is way, way cool you met Oliveri. Tomorrow will be interesting, if nothing else. I've only just got into BC too via Graveyard but hey, you can't pass up a decent gig @ Borderline - think it's my fave these days. I couldn't find much on gig-wise for Friday, who are you seeing? Long weekends are made for gig-excess...get in there! =)

Hello mat2984, thanks for dropping by :-) I'm doing some experiment and wanted to share the result with you, found out Rize- and Breakki - both from Finland - are your musical neighbours (see their neighbours list, you are at position 5 and 20). There are more neighbours available. If you think this all helped you make your listening experience better: share a simple thank you or tell your friends (to request at [group]6 degrees[/group]) too or if you have more time: give feedback (e.g. what do you think after listening to that user's library?)! No I haven't seen Riverside before - but I am looking forward to it! They're one of those bands that I haven't listened to constantly and 'worn out' if that makes sense :) Quite nice going to gigs where you don't know exactly what you're going to get. I love Second Life Syndrome but haven't really listened to their newer material that much...

Nah, of course you should go - it's not like we ever had the chance to see the original line up so there's no real comparison except the one in our heads! If I wasn't so stubborn I'd be at that Kentish Town gig in a flash. I personally just can't buy into someone else singing Layne's songs. However I think It's great that AIC are capturing new fans, they deserve it. (How very diplomatic of me!) What else is coming up...Riverside! Have you seen them before?

Yeah, I know what you mean about "that" sort of music. I believe the feeling is your soul stirring (as lame as that sounds), sigh...if only more things in life made us feel that way hey. I passed up AIC - I'm undecided about that whole thing. I'm sure if I sucked it up and listened to the album I'd like it but the grunge-loving 15 yr old inside me knows it just won't be the same vibe anymore....I may very possibly live to regret !!
