maybe you're right, but we will never get know :) i believe only Matt's words, he really said that ideas of Citizen Erased and Resistance came from 1984, everything else are only our conjectures ;) also Matt said that "The Grand Chessboard" by Zbigniew Brzeziński has inspired him for writing USoE and it also draws influence from 1984 :) sooo...) other songs can only represent his madness on conspiracy theories :P

there are universities in my city but they aren't very good >< so everyone who wants to get really good education leaves our city. yes, i've read it twice. the first time was before the release of The Resistance. do you know that under the impression of 1984 Matt has created Citizen Erased? :) i don't understand its lyrics clearly but i think it's something like Winston's thoughts during his being in room 101 O_o it's my own opinion and i don't know if it's true. and Resistance retells us love story of Winston and Julia as i understand x) what about book i really like it and it became one of my favourite. thank you, Matt, for your excellent taste in books! :D

maybe in our country there is another system of education. i'm not sure i can explain clearly, so wikipedia will help us xD "Upon finishing 9th grade students can choose to either continue attending high school and then go on to universities, or go to college (rus. tekhnikum). Colleges provide high school and technical education or AA degree-like qualifications, such as paralegal or nursing. After graduating from colleges, students can continue their education in universities." so college and university are different things here ;) what about my friends - we are going to enter in different universities in different cities, so... but i'll make there new ones, i hope :) hm... i have some plans but i don't know exactly... i will hand in my documents in some universities on some departments ^^ but surely i will be studying in technical one x)

even year before i thought as you do... i thought "omfg, i really wanna leave school, i'm so tired of these stupid subjects, always angry teachers and annoying classmates", but now i've really understood that i love them very much. after graduation day i was crying every day, i don't believe that i won't see my friends this september, will never have lessons at school and so on... and i really feel myself like a child, i'm not prepared to new life. i wish i could make up for lost time... eh. fuck, i'm so bothering haha, told you about almost all my problems xD and no, i'm going to university, not college :D
