Oh how good are the 'Fect live? I've seen them a few times, blew me away each time. :) Oh, Children Collide? I thought the show at the Palais in May was better, but I still really enjoyed it. A lot of fun and the lasers were pretty spectacular too. :)

Ah bummer. Yeah they didn't play that at the shows i was at either.. I wanted to hear Waiting for the Wolves, but the sets I got were pretty good anyway! The first night i saw them i was front row centre, Kenny handed the setlist to me personally, thought that was the best thing haha. So are you a fan of karnivool as well then?

Yaaaayyy =) I was worried that you wouldn't want to. Sitting alone in line for hours is awfully lonely =( I did this at Brand New because my other friend had lined up hours before me and it wouldn't be fair to just join her and push in front of people who were there before me. But eventually I made friends with a girl next to me in line who was also alone =) I'm not sure when I wanna get there because the underage show only starts at 3ish! Hmm...what do you think of meeting at 4:30 and getting a (big and very early) dinner so we don't starve, and then lining up at like 5:30ish? Is that alright for you?

I think I like Saosin's S/T better than ISOSG. Or maybe I need more time for the latter to grow on me... But holy shiiiiiiit the song "Changing" on ISOSG is FUCKING AMAZING. I love the rhythm, it's so syncopated and unique and unexpected, I love singing the verses haha cos it's a bit of a tricky one in terms of the rhythm. It is definitely my favourite. The second favourite is probably "Deep Down". Whoaaaaa! Apparently according to Wikipedia, when Anthony left Saosin, Phil of Story of the Year sang for them for the rest of their shows on Warped Tour before they could look for another singer! I could see that though, Phil usually sings high backing vocals! Which means the two bands must be pretty tight =DDD Aww

Seriously? You don't think Anthony and Cove sound alike? I reckon Cove sounds especially like him when he sings high notes!! Haha yeah all the songs on the self-titled are brilliant except I felt that they were all too similar to each other. It would probably take me a long time to be able to name a song off it if you played it to me (with the exception of Voices), in fact I probably wouldn't be able to name it unless the chorus mentioned the name, despite the fact I know how the song goes =P And tbh I don't think I've ever watched any live Saosin videos, especially not ones of Anthony, so I have no idea how he dances bahaha I could imagine though. Dan from This Providence dances rather gayly too hahah but I think it's charming considering the poppiness of some of their songs xD Cove's stage demeanour at Sidewaves was rather unenthusiastic, he kind of just sauntered from one side of the stage to the other. He better up his game this time or WE SHALL NOT BE HAPPY JANS D=

Saosin is love <3 I'm on my first listen to In Search of Solid Ground right now! I'm always amazed how Saosin managed to find Cove (singer) after Anthony (original singer) left the band, because they sound SO ALIKE, and it didn't negatively impact the band at all I don't reckon. What's your fave Saosin song? Mine has always been 'Seven Years' - and oldie but amaaaaazing. =))))
