“ You both listen to Slowdive, Porcupine Tree and Stars of the Lid.” Do you like naps in the afternoon?

"Back in the days, discovering music wasn't a question of algorithms but a personal undertaking or shared mission." - love this.

Hi man ! since you liked گذر from modest by default, you definitely should listen to AIR's "Premiers Symptômes" if you haven't :D I really liked "GIRAFFE (به خدا نزدیک تر)" from modest by default. Also, RX-101 - Dopamine is pretty much Aphex Twin could make during its SAW1 era. Brilliant music. Some rock : The War On Drugs's "Deeper Understanding" if you missed it.

Yeah just a nice beer and some fresh tracks. Focus on the background of the music, and how it was made, it enhance the experience. I'm pretty sure the latest A Winged Victory for the Sullen will please you. And yep it's hard to keep doing it. But it's rewarding. You gotta share your discovers with me !

Some of these chords at the beginning reminds me of Stars of the Lid, especially their track Don't Bother They're Here. I loved it <3

His debut album, "The Return of The Durutti Column", is easily one of my favorite albums ever. "LC" is also an amazing record!

It's the album that most screams his big Haruomi Hosono influences. I kinda like it. I feel it's a little bit repetitive, but I'm interested to see what path he'll take next, since he's slowly adding more synths on his songs.

I listened to that playlist from Brian McBride (part of SOTL) http://spoti.fi/2qnjpPT , most of the track are from scrores, very quiet. Also listened to HCMJ's release on Dream Catalogue, nice mastering. The rest of my listenings are Future Sound of London and 808 State played very loudly in my car

Yeah, I have to listen to that playlist yet. Anything you would recommend for someone who was always interested on FSOL? I only heard some tracks from their first album so far.

Have you heard the new William Basinki's album too? The man really outdid himself on A Shadow in Time.

I still need to get deeper into Yagya's stuff. I've only listened to Sleepygirls so far and I think it was a cool background dub album for the cozy mornings. What do you recommend from him? New GAS, for me, it's one of the best albums for the year already, pairing with Mount Eerie's last album and The Caretaker's Stage 2 to EATEOT. It's peculiar because it's GAS' darkest album but, at the same time, contains some of his most melodic things he ever released as GAS. Make sure to listen to Narkopop ASAP. The Caretaker's Stage 2 is amazing too. Much more darker than Stage 1, which people thought it was Kirby doing the same thing again. As you can see, I can't stop listening to him these days, haha :D
