Hey there :) I noticed that you like Chris Garneau, so I thought you might enjoy my EP, which I produced on my own, and am doing what I can to get it out there. If you listen to it, let me know what you think :) Thanks for your time and sorry for the spam, I know it's annoying, please forgive me :) http://open.spotify.com/album/1LyWuYU262i9NjdZprPnyh Hugs

Woah, that was pretty creative. Kind of reminds me of this Plaid cd I've got. Have you ever heard of Hella, before? It's Zach Hill's band. He plays these crazy drum patterns on a little kids drum set. They are the epitome of what's considered "mathcore"

God Lives Underwater? Haven't seen them since like 99 haha. Check out Buzzov-en, my favorite sludge band.

Getting sidetracked sucks haha. I still haven't listened to the new Bad Brains album, and it came out a while ago. You into any sludge at all?

Yeah, that's a bummer. Although Alex from IW started Hatred Surge, but I prefer their older stuff to the newer stuff.

Check out Velvet Acid Christ, Psycho Pomps, Klute, X Marks the Pedwalk, Suicide Commando, Ministry, Revolting Cocks, Coil, Chris & Cosey, KMFDM, The Young Gods [great band], Bile, Die Krupps, Die Form, Front Line Assembly [another great listen], Nurse With Wound, Ohgr, Penal Colony, Pygmy Children, Spahn Ranch, Pig, Portion Control, Sonic Mayhem, Severed Heads, Toxic Coma [VaC lulzy side project] and Tangerine Dream to start. You can also check out my decade old demo I uploaded on soundcloud. Link is on my page.

You mean like actual "Industrial" or like "Electro" Industrial, b/c there is a difference. I'd say about one of the only true Industrial bands that still stays true to it's origins is Einstürzende Neubauten. But if you're into Electro Industrial I know of a bunch of good acts.

I love all his bands. Legendary Pink Dots are great too. You'd probably enjoy Download a lot too.

Yeah, life would be pretty one dimensional without variety. So, what's your favorite Tear Garden album and have you heard any of cEvin Key's other bands?

Believe it or not, everyone I knew was into that phase. It's most common around the age group of 8-15 (slowly leaning into 16/17), and there's a lot of them on almost any social networking site. If they happen to be somewhat cynical at the world because they're socially inept/see kids fail/unpopular at school (I still am, albeit less cynical nowadays; I often go unnoticed), and they happen to stumble across classic rock and YouTube ranters (undertakerfreak1127, gineriella, muesproductions and the like) for the first time, that phase will cling on to them for the next 3-7 years, and they tend to think that not hopping on bandwagons/trends makes them intelligent all of a sudden. Eventually, they'll realise that the whole "this generation/music/blahblahblahtodaytonight sucks" thing is a bandwagon itself, which is also why I kinda stopped ranting about them on Twitter (they also refuse to listen to those who try to argue with them). My YouTube replies weren't too successful, either.

I used to rant about those type of guys almost every time on Twitter back in 2012. Nowadays, I've exhausted out, but I still like to go on hit-and-run sprees on dubstep rants. I used to have a manifesto on my "about me" debunking almost every argument on electronic music ever made, but I got rid of it since it seemed a bit too egotistical (I think it's still on the Wayback Machine). Also, if you're willing to try out something atonal, give [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=syl_noTChnA]this[/url] a try. Fun fact: it's in D minor, but it's really subtle and there's very little melody going on.

By the way, if you haven't dug up for Underoath (or if you did and couldn't find anything redeemable), I'd suggest listening to the track Too Bright To See, Too Loud To Hear. Only Underoath track I can recommend.

Glad you liked them. You ever listened to Periphery? I know they aren't for everyone, but they seem up your alley.
