Heyyy you have an amazing music taste!!!! I can't recommend anything since my taste for music is so basic, but I would love if you give me some recs tho😁

Nooo it's not basic I love it!!! & thank you for the compliment 🥺 Rec wise I'd say for pop girlies Lorde, particularly her album Melodrama if you haven't heard it already... and I see you like The Cure so other good artists in that vein would be Siouxsie and the banshees (their album Juju is my favourite) and maybe Joy Division if you haven't heard them (Unknown Pleasures is their best album) <3 <3

Well a month later, I no longer listen to Madonna. And now I’m obsessed with Ritchie Blackmore and Deep Purple. Really funny how that sequence of events played out.

Really happy to finally follow this last fm profile cuz I’ve known of you for years and no doubt is my number one favorite. Also do you have recommendations for deep purple? I’m tryna get into their music currently.

Hi! Your account is one of my favourites I'm glad you found me! I'm pretty new to Deep Purple myself but definitely remember enjoying the machine head album quite a lot so I think I'd recommend that one. Also I absolutely love no doubt I am glad to have a fellow fan as a follower :)

I haven’t found anyone for recommendations. I just learn about the band and listen to what sounds like it would be good. My second album I listened to from them was their self titled 1969 album which is what you’re talking about being their early music. that era lasted for their first 3 albums. I’m going to look into more of that here soon but the albums aren’t on streaming and I’m not home to go download those on soulseek. That era deep purple I believe is more psychedelic rock and dreamy sounding than their later career too.

I agree and that also has appeal to me which was the initial reason I wanted to get into Deep Purple, although I haven’t got into it all yet.

Have you listened to these two albums?: Dire Straits (Debut album) or Traveling Wilburys (Volume 1). I think you'd like them!
