yeah man, probably my favorite band of the 21st century, that was my most anticipated album and it felt like a total let down, at least i still have all their other albums for a couple years until the next release, i understand wanting to evolve as a band but they could have gone is so many other directions that would have felt like they built upon what they've already accomplished and taken it even further, it feels like mainstream regression when they already had mainstream attention for doing their own thing.. its tragic, but its not the end of the world, i'm still gonna go see them, i'll still buy thier next album, but i was hoping for so much more from this one

Yeah, London Calling has some great songs on it. In terms of musicianship, The Clash absolutely blew away the other big bands of the first punk rock era. I have to say... the new Weezer album is not as bad as everyone has been saying... it's a nice concise pop record. The songs don't have much to them, but I thought it was a pretty "fun" album.

Some Rolling Stones albums, burgers, a few gin and tonics... one of many recipes for a successful night. I say go for the rock opera, but avoid being preachy. Otherwise, we will start calling you Bono.

I don't know, man... that's not the best Genesis song, but it scrobbled while my Zune was on shuffle... As for Carbon Leaf, I'm sorry your hatred for them outweighs your hatred for Soul Coughing and Queens of the Stone Age.
