Disgust is one of the best dis-clones out there (and there aren't that many, I tend to like only early Disfear, Disclose, Dischange/Meanwhile and Disgust).

I have a couple of "blackened D-beat" tapes which sound pretty good, first to come to mind is a Quebecois band called Malveillance, notwithstanding the fact that I also like punkish black metal like Absurd or Thor's Hammer (Poland), but actual blackened crust just sucks. The project sounds pretty cool, I remember liking your thrash/HC project Nonsense quite a lot when I heard it 5 or 6 years ago, wrote a positive review on a now-defunct website.

Yep. I sort of understand their appeal, but they're really half-baked and it ends up having the worst of both worlds (regarding blackened crust), especially when considering that blackened crust now pretty much means all those German post-metal/sludge/neocrust bands with post-black metal and they all sound so much the same that it's hard to even consider them any different regardless of the labels - they have the same elements, same autistic obsession with perfectly made symmetrical pseudo-occult symbolism, etc. etc.

Hey dude. How are you doing? Can you recommend some raw black metal bands? I enjoy stuff like Burzum, Horna, Angantyr, TotalSelfHatred, Demonic, Tsujder, MACKY, Gris, Sombres Forets, Nargathrond, Coldworld and stuff like that. Something raw, atmospheric and with riffs. Kinda like Horna. Last time i picked Demonic, Necrohell, Nargathrond, Nartvind, Sarkrista and a few others from your library.

zdravo druze...evo konacno da lupim par impresija o zadnjim izdanjima...tenebrositas mi se svidio, iako nisam veliki fan stare skole blek metala, ali, koliko sam skuzio, to je to, zvuk, produkcija, kompozicija, vokal, atmosfera i sve stima...vidim da dosta slusas takve glazbe u zadnje vrijeme, pa me i ne cudi da si (s)krenuo u tom smjeru :) s druge strane, altar bi mi po svemu trebal bolje sjesti, jer je bliskije onom sto slusam/sviram, i ok mi je, ali ono sto mi nikako ne pase je zapravo produkcija...za jedan diy dis bend, sve je nekako precisto, izglancano, po metronomu, cak bi rekao sterilno....steta, jel mjuza je dobra, cak i solaza pase, textovi mrak i sve to...podsjetio me na recimo skit system, isto odlican dis, ali totalno krivo produciran...premetalski, a tako mi zvuci i altar...mislim da bi (mi) bolje zvucalo da je produkcijski slicniji tenebrositasu...jebo kompjutere, nema do analognog snimka, nema te topline ni atmosfere ni pozadinskog suma, nema duse u digitaliji :) poz!!

to, stari, bas me raduje sto si aktivan, bacam se na slusanje....malo sam se u medjuvremenu obrazovao black metalom (doduse cascadianom), valjda ce mi i tenebrositas ovaj put bolje sjest... ;)

that wasn't it either but that sure sounded cool! the band had 2 or 3 words in its name, I swear I'm going to come across this band sooner or later! I'm usually pretty good about cut n pasting anything that sounds interesting, but I didnt with this one for some odd reason :-/

I long time ago I discovered a band you were listening to, they sounded like a more vicious version of Rudimentary Peni, they were also from the early 80s and the UK, I think they only had one album, but I can not for the life of me remember what the name of that band was? do you by chance know what band I might be thinking of...??
