Thank you very much, wasn't aware that existed! I was actually on about an album in your library called Live at Cafe Oto with one 50 minute track labelled "Set Two" but don't worry, this'll do nicely :)

Fantastic - cheers for this John. I am in Manchester, and even though I occasionally make the trip south for gigs, I'm rather chuffed TH might be playing up this way. Just checked out your profile and seen the Room 40 connection. I have a few releases on that label (including TH's Norberg), and will definitely check yours out in a minute. I was briefly living in Auckland NZ a couple of years back, and seem to recall attending a couple of Room 40 -promoted events - Jeph Jerman & Greg Davis was one, I think.

Hi John, nice to see you at the Room 40 nights, and great nights they were! I see you've listened back to some stuff. I'd especially love to hear the Organ Octet, Sébastien Roux, Tomasz Bednarczyk and the Tujiko Noriko / Lawrence English / John Chantler sets!! Hope your lunch / session goes well on Sunday :)

A belated thanks for accepting my Friend request! I invite you to join my friends-only group [group]Chez Musinum[/group], a hub for artists, listeners, and group leaders... all members with an artist or label presence are connected and their music will play on one or more of our Artist Radios... and you can be Minister of anything you like in our disturbingly fanciful Cabinet. Come see for yourself!

Hey John! I got a chance to listen to the vinyl of "For Barry Ray - New Days" I bought off you, and just wanted to say what a wonderful record it is! :) It's been a while since I've had the opportunity to listen to vinyl. Some of my favoutite stuff is on 7/10/12". Just something about the whole process of getting the record out and onto the turntable, and putting the stylus needle down... the whole physicality of it all... and some subconscious connection from knowing that the sound is coming directly from a real object. Somehow you connect with the music more I find. Also, maybe it because it takes you away from other distractions. Sorry, I'm going off on one! ;P

Hello, unfortunately I have exams right through to the 8th of June so I wont be able to go to any of them, especially as they aren't playing in Manchester which is wher I am based atm...have a lovely time though.

Would love to see them, but Birmingham is a bit too far. Will keep an eye out for them playing up north though :)

Hullo there. How's life? I'm living in the UAE these days. Very different, especially music-wise, largely 'cause live music doesn't really exist other than cover bands in hotels. So I'm recording in the desert!
