Yeah, I'm doing pretty great these days. Moving on from a lot of bad shit that happened over the last year or two, Learning to let go and come out of my cocoon of misery I'd built for myself and it's pretty liberating. Glad to hear you're doing well, too!

Found you as a top listener of Prince's If I Was Your Girlfriend. Were you named after a certain Bob Dylan song on Blonde on Blonde? You even look like him in certain pics...

Perhaps you can parlay your Grad degree into some Vancouver-based permanent gig ...

Incidentally, I just saw that you were studying in Vancouver. I'm jealous; I got to spend a week in your city last month. Pretty super fantastic, I think. Nice fireworks, too.

Thanks for the kudos on my pic (I can't take credit: it's Einstein's desk, after all). Have a good trip.

Excellent photo of your LPs, incidentally. You got 78s hidden somewhere in there too?

Hey there. Have you seen or heard Neil Young Massey Hall '71? Holy shit, jj! If you can check out the dvd version (which has the whole show), it's worth it. More rambling details on that later. Really, just heart-breaking, lonely, soul-destroying beauty. Hits the spot these days. Anyways, just wanted to say hi.

Yeah, was gonna say last night actually...Parachute is a real fave record of mine, I dug it out as I was idly googling Syd, and found out that The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn, Sgt Peppers and S.F. Sorrow were all recorded at Abbey Road studios within 6 months of each other. My eyes nearly popped out when I saw that! What really gets me is how two of them were so succfessful, but would tank now.
