Yeah, Pleased To Meet Me is pretty damn great. The closing sequence of Skyway and Can't Hardly Wait is excellent, and Alex Chilton is a big of a banger, too. It's been a good day of Replacements listening, just need to listen to four more songs to reach one hundred plays for the day!

Yeah, I'm having a proper Replacements binge today. I'm really enjoying Tim at the moment - it's easy to forget how many great songs are on there. I've also realised how much I like a couple of the jazzier songs in their repertoire - "Swingin' Party" and "Nightclub Jitters." They're great counterpoints to the rockier stuff.

I know: it's a dark day for both of us! I miss the medium to low days

Yeah, I was planning on having an Okkervil River day until other things got in the way, but I forget sometimes how good the early stuff is. Wish I'd got to see them play live a few years before I did (think ATP vs. the Fans was my first experience of them)

I got 91 per cent in Business but it was a fluke! It was on the partnership act and the companies act and i just memorised it all. Electives were a lot better. I did erm...general commercial law, advanced personal injury and commercial property. Managed to get a distinction in the end and it was because I got my third mark over 70 in the electives. They are helpful for bumping up grades! No recordings for the band its a long way off. We are just finally getting playing regularly but me and si tend to write then take it david and then we need to get back playin with wallace. It will be a while i'll send messages out when we are ready to play and stuff.
