The Fleece does an awful lot of bands - all those that are basically not popular enough for 02. Still quite a small place though, so i'm surprised they host fairly popular bands like Katatonia.

I have been to quite a few gigs at The Fleece and The Thekla (usually on my own because no one likes the music I do.) I'm from Gloucester.

HaHa, why wouldn't I be a mystery? :P I only know about three people in real life who use this website. Although I am quite famous on here as I am on here a lot - Last.fm is my normal person's Facebook. :P Drowning Pool are one of the better Nu Metal bands... No idea how you would dance to them unless you count circle pits as dancing...

Yeh, it is freezing outside. I go to the academy every now and then. I thought they were brilliant, 3rd time i've seen them and i reckon this time was the best so far. The only thing i didn't like was tim's beard haha.

Awesome, sounds like it will be good trip if you're seeing people the day before. Sheff Rocksoc have once again organised a trip there so you'll obviously see Joe and other people. Ah yes Bloodstock, you're quite right I wasn't there this year. I haven't actually been before, but have thought about it and kept bottling out to be honest. Everyone seems to enjoy it so I should probably just grow a pair and actually go one year! You got any other gigs lined up you're planning on going to? Being back home in Notts sucks cos no one I know here is in to metal at all.

On a completely different note: are you going to Damnation this year? I'd thought about going, but decided I didn't like the music enough this time around.
