Yeah dude, i saw them back in december last year. One of my favouite gigs! Can't beat opening with Huge and closing with Flood. You seen them? I think they're my favourite band but it changes every week...

Our taste is crazily similar, I see you're going seeing Refused in Manchester, I saw them in Belgium and I had the best time of my life.

I'm more into the older stuff, RPM is one of the best, if not the best punk album of this century by now imo! ATR and Endgame are not as good as the rest, but I love those albums, too. I can't explain it, ATR was the worst album of Rise, but I do love it, I just love every single song of them =D

Are you more into the new or the old stuff of Rise ?

Well, with TKT, if you want the songs mp3, thats easy as hell to get. On CD, could be a little more difficult, eBay probably, thats where I got Romance.. for £2 new! About SOIA, I think their latest is pretty badass, although I like different songs from all albums, no one album stands out for me

Band reccomendations? Hmm... Try the Post-Rock band Moving Mountains. They would go great with a lot of bands I see on your charts, since they have some Post-Hardcore and Progressive elements too. I also recommend Baroness. They're sludgy, earthy, and somewhat experimental. Too many genres to just say one, lol.

I am a huge, HUGE In Flames fan. So I like both decades of their releases. It honestly depends on my mood. When I feel like listening to the newer, more melodic albums, it's Sounds Of A Playground Fading. When I want something older and heavier, I usually go for Clayman or Whoracle. I don't mean to exclude Colony, it's a great album too. As for Opeth, start with Watershed and work your way back. That's how I got my start with them.
