Yeah, they are. <3 So the other day, when I was on twitter, guess who I saw recommending Barcelona? Thriving Ivory. xD Aw, I love you too! <3 Ah, I see. I guess that's why I hardly ever find anything. I never watch fanvids and I hardly ever watch shows on tv.. I watch a lot of movies, though. I should start paying attention to songs in them. Yeah, I can see how someone wouldn't like Marina's voice. I just got her song off of iTunes Single of the Week since it was free and listened and was like "Eh." And then listened a few more times and was like "<33333." Ah, you're lucky. My family isn't that big on music. They listen to the radio when we're in the car and my dad sometimes messes with a guitar, but that's about it.

After listening to Muse a little bit more I'm actually starting to like them! :D

It's not that I don't like them, I don't mind listening to their stuff. They're both great bands. I just don't like them enough to go buy their songs. Although, Muse does seem to be growing on me. I think, for me, they have the type of songs you don't really love the first time you hear it, but the more you hear it the more you like it.

I like a lot of Florence and Marina's stuff. Tbh, I haven't listened to much of the others, but from what I have listened to... Robyn seems to have good stuff. I'm not really into U2 or Muse, some of their stuff I like and they're good bands, but idk. I like Joshua Radin's stuff, he seems to have good, laid back music. Some of Mumford and Sons' stuff seems pretty good, not sure if I'm really into it, though. I like La Roux, OneRepublic, Bat for Lashes, Beck, A Fine Frenzy, & Massive Attack. I really like Air Supply and basically all the other "oldies" you mentioned. So really, I like everything you recommended. :P

Yeah, my taste is pretty varied, too. I like basically anything, except for most of the popular crap. And if you have extra time you can tell me some Indian/Bollywood stuff. I'm not super interested in it, but I haven't really heard much, so who knows, maybe I'll love it. And don't worry about it, I understand completely. I hated this year, so much.

Dude, yeah! We watched it in Geography because we were learning about South Asia and they're culture and stuff and I fell in love with it on the first day we watched the beginning, went home and got ahead on YouTube, bought some of the songs, and then last night just bought it from Blockbuster, it's now one of my favorite movies! I <3 it.

Haha, thanks, that actually means a lot to me. I never have anyone that's like "If you ever have any problems, you can tell me." Yanno? Yeah, me too! And yeah, the recommendations really are good. I just haven't had much time to listen to some of them. Umm.. I saw some AC/DC, Jimmy Buffet (Like 6, haha. I grew up listening to him, my dad really likes his stuff), and some bands I've never heard of.. that I can't remember. Haha, that would be cool. But if I said "Hey, I'm gonna go hang out with Myra!" and my parents would be like "How do you know her?" "Internet" They would kill me! Like, no joke. And I've never really hung out with Ariel, we went to the same school in 5th grade and just started talking when we saw each other on Facebook a few months ago. On my computer I have all the files of my songs..Under music > iTunes > then it has all the artists. You shouldn't have to rip them, unless you're meaning something else and i have no idea what I'm talking about. :)

YES! I don't know what happened to me over the last week, but.. I'm like craving music, but I own NO CDs! Like at all, srsly. I don't know where they all went. My dad has some that I glanced at, but nothing caught my eye.. I'll probably look in deeper once I have more time. And then iTunes costs so much. So, now I listen to my iPod/iTunes like 24/7 and so all these songs are starting to get old-ish because I'm listening to them too much. D: I don't want them to get old. Haha, sorry for that mini rant.
