Nah, I agree. After a certain point in your life, you just become a number and waiting for it to be called...i.e...to die. And you shouldn't really be waiting to die. you should be doing what you love, or at least, have an active and healthy interest in many things and what not. I think it's cool if you keep to something. We are worrying about my Grandfather because there's this myth that when people retire, their health sometimes drastically declines and they drop dead. Basically because they no longer have to run about and do things, so they can't take it or some shit. Anyway, my Grandfather has been in and out of the hospital for alot of shit, so we feel he is going down that way. Not a nice thought, but happens. And, funnily enough, he doesn't do anything in his free time other than gardenign and stamp collecting. So it backs up your point really.

In honesty, I think they aren't bothered as they do tend to change their tastes over the years, though not through choice. I am sure my parents wish they did something I have done but they never have the time because they were looking after me and my sister...paying bills...working, you know? Get's harder to do things. It doens't make life any worse, but I think you end up changing your priorities. I know my parents would love to go to a concert or two again, but they see it as unimportant to them now. Ooooh! I forgot about those! They are wonderful. I LOVE Zeichen Der Venus (I think that's it's name. No CD's with me in Swedenland) and they were amazing. But I think I prefer Megaherz in all honestly when he was still the singer of them. But definately a good band who people just seem to ignore. I swear people ignore band son the basis of a certain instrument used.

Haha, Women on the Internet. have to be honest, at times jokes liek that are quite funny. Way I see it is, you need to laugh at shit liek that, even aimed at yourself. I know I am bad for it o.O. Though I do quite enjoy Women + Kitchen jokes, but some kids take them too far till they aren't funny. Same with Racism jokes..or any joke really. Damn I miss school, don't you? But yeah, the application is one of a kind and gets the job done. Itäs just a shame so many people abuse it. The one thing I would complain about is the website though. It's easier than Myspace of Facebook but I don't think it is overly people friendly. Exactly! Nothing half empty about it. Though sometimes last.fm gives me super compatability with people and I can't understand why. We share the bands, but it's like only because I've listened to them, not because I religiously rinse them haha. I don't think anyones last.fm is accurate though. Looking through yours I see hundreds of songs I listen to, but haven't scrobbled in God knows how long. You are probably the same on mine. So they are never overly accurate in my eyes. Metroid fan I'm, guessing?

I miss the metal days at times to be honest. But yeah, thousand times better to start a conversation with a complete stranger than someone who you know like the back of your hand. Same with music. Totally agree with you. Most of my music comversations come online. I never really get the chance to. Only those who I convert or who convert me, but that's not the same as if you met a total stranger who knew equally as much. There are a few places, but in all honesty, I don't want to sit and ramble on about music as the only basis of a conversation. Like, evne on last.fm. It's nice to meet people with "Super" compatability, but then we wouldn't be talking now if I onöy spoke to those, you know? o.O But yeah, I know what you mean. Unfortunately we both know too well with out "underground" music. Does make you realise how big the Underground scene is though.
