Hmm, for you I would recommend 泳儿 and 杨千嬅. The former is a relatively new artist with a flexible Faye Wong- alike voice; while the latter is just, well the ballad queen of Hong Kong. Well, some may argue that 容祖儿 is better but I'm not going to agree, : P
