that's a good one vvv

on a train to london, the boy sitting next to me had his ipod cranked to maximum volume and i wasn't impressed, at all. i asked him if he could turn it down and he answered "sorry, no". when i asked him why, he offered me one headphone and played me 'Jesus Christ' by Brand New. After that, we listened to The Devil and God... on max, because that's the only way it should be. that was late 2008, by the way. though they're not usually the kind of band I would listen to, something about the writing, Jesse's voice and the overall delivery of the music makes sense to me. it feels genuine, and i really appreciate that.

I was checking out my recommendations on last.fm. Brand New popped up with DAGARIM and I fell in love with the rest later.. I listen to them cause of the lyrics and music (and Jesse's awesome voice) Also their style; one of a kind.

I first heard Brand New while getting a lift home quite drunk, you could say their music intoxicated me! I first heard Seventy times seven and it went from there, each song and album I discovered was equally good. That was 2007, now they are my most played band and favourite.

:D

I found Brand New on Last.fm and I listen to them because they are one of my favourite bands, and have been ever since I discovered the song 'Jesus Christ' and put it on repeat whilst crying real tears because of real emotions.

super musical compatibility! high five! (:
