yea man, I got the album recs and ill check em out. what a frigging summer so far. ive been up n down the west coast three times this past two months. some of it work related and some of it for family and metal festivals. HA! what did u think of the Bay Area Metal fest? UNBELIEVABLE talent is what I thought. I had the chance of meeting a LOT of bands there.

I finally got around to checking out Solace of Requiem's latest offering and it didnt ruin my pants in the front and the back but it's not too shabby tho. I mean they certainly have an unorthodox style of play that takes a bit of time to adjust to but I'm not displeased with it by any means. ya the vocals and them keys are what stand out for me too but wuts up with all that static shit at the ending of the title track - casting ruin? it's annoying and its a retarded way to end a good song imo

ya I got a notification on my bc from the band. Thats a good move by TSA no doubt if they want to branch out and I wish other bands will follow suit when they don't want to be contained within their own country or area. Canada is a great podium to stand on if you're about metal and it's sweet if bands from different countries tour or bust a move to Canada and plant some roots there. It can only be a great learning experience making it a win-win situation for any metal band and their fans imho !!
