Oh, Tom Waits is my man. He's doing a tour of the US and he's not coming anywhere near me, which is depressing. Just be glad you're young and it's better discovering stuff late rather than never at all :) Now you have to see the movie Down by Law, which is amazing by itself but includes a wonderful performance by Waits and has some of his music in the film.
