Yes, he had a lot of R&B hits like Fake, If You Were Here Tonight, Criticize and many more. My absolute favourite song by him is Never Knew Love Like This. Actually he is very underrated in my country, I discovered him via Internet. People here have no idea what R&B should sound like -_-
