Oh man, very cryptic record, one of the most interesting I have ever heard, I really like the way the melodies combine with the weird drum programming, very artificial and yet ethereal.

Sounds like something a drummer would say, you wouldn't happen to be a drummer would you 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨

I really like some songs. I wish he could make more music with his characteristic beats textures.

As I always do on anyone with a 'super' or 'very high' taste, erm, great taste! What is that specific model of Walkman like to use? As a tech nerd I'm surprised to not know of a modern Walkman's existence. I was of the generation to catch more so the Discman moreso than the Walkman back in the day. It might have even been a copy of a Discman, but similar product nonetheless. Nightmare to use when riding my bike around the estate, as it would skip and scratch a lot of my CDs. I also used it with a plug in speaker in the 2010s before it died to play music when I had a shower haha. Unless of course, that comment regarding a Walkman was done in light of sarcasm and it went over 'me swede.

Haha no, the NW-A55 is the model I use and is very basic, only for listening to music and that's it, has a Sony software, doesn't have Android. there are new models with android do you can use it with streaming services, but I don't like android because in some years will Become obsolete, but the model I have I can use it like an USB DAC or Bluetooth Receiver, so I just connect with my phone and that's it, I have all the streaming services I want lol, I'm saving money to buy me another version more interesting for me, that have a 4.4mm Balanced Jack it is the NW-WM1 Series, and thank you for your comment, great music taste too =)

That's interesting, really cool little device, then. I have my iPod Classic I bought for next to nothing a while ago that's in great nick. Probably the only Apple device I'll ever buy. Thankfully don't need to use I-Tunes with it and just use Foobar to put my music across via a plugin on the program. I mainly use it for trips, as I prefer a separate device when out and about abroad.

Thank you so much! Well in my personal opinion I can hear a clearly difference, much more warm and rich sounds, I recommend buying some good IEMs like Sennheiser, some are not that very expensive and are totally worth the sound. I haven't used the Walkman android version so I can't give you a good advice with those, but the pro about having the ones with Sony software is that never is going to be outdated, no internet. So I used it as an portable amp, with my phone and PC and having all my music in one place and you can use 1TB of storage if you want with no problem =)

Sadly is an old model so you can't scrobble with it, so I only scrobble now when I use the phone or my pc. But b-side that is very worth it the sound is impeccable and warm.

Well the new models like the NW-A105 or NW-A306 have android so you can perfectly scrobble and have the Walkman sound =) I got mine used on eBay and cheap!

You can hear definitely a difference from a smartphone, but you need to get a good IEMs to really appreciate the details and sound. Sennheiser has a very good ones and not very expensive at all. It is worth it. If you are going to use Bluetooth is not worth it.
