I have kind of specific hip hop taste since its not one of my favorite genres, but I usually like simplistic 90s stuff or pop rap, which a lot of people hate on..hopefully I'll like it after I revisit it, I hear it praised by a lot I people and I didn't really understand why

Have you ever had a live experience that was as in-fucking-tense as Cult of Luna was, last night? Have you ever seen a live act that even came close to that level of immaculacy? I haven't. Flying Lotus, and Mamiffer were almost on that level , but... I have a feeling nothing will ever surpass the moment where everything went black, the fog machines doubled their output, and Cult of Luna's members stood tall, perfectly straight, and symmetrical, with their arms at their sides, as the spotlights shined shined straight ahead, in between the gaps where they were standing. I lost my goddamn mind during that repetitive, gradual increase in tempo.

Is this the first time Cult of Luna will be playing Ohio?

the bad thing about bands that have such short songs like bad religion is that you listen to maybe two hours at most not even of them and you suddenly have 50 plays :-( keeps throwing things off balance miss you

Same here. I'll probably give it a listen after I finish listening to NIN's The Fragile haha... Yeah, the split is on cd. I ordered that, because I can't stand the wait anymore. I tried to listen to Year of No Light and found that I actually like them well enough, so the cd wont be a terrible puchase after all.
