Re: your shout about the mad season live album I have no idea where to find the album, but the concert was released on VHS a long time ago. Many people have captured and encoded the video (varying degrees of quality). Look around. It wasn't too hard to find a decent quality version of it. I WISH THEY WOULD RELEASE A COMMERCIAL DVD/BD VERSION!!! Take care :)
