same - it's super catchy.

Man I just realized that you have my morning jacket as your 2nd top artist. Very nice!

love the new avatar. :)

Your message had me in a laughing fit for about 20 seconds ;) Well you knew exactly why I didn't add you then as I couldn't remember who you were - I was like 'all we have is The Raveonettes' but now owls too! Amazing.

Fire Eye'd Boy is definitely a good one!! Ugh, how I love BSS!

carry stress in the jaw

I see...I'm from Montgomery, AL. That's where Hank Williams got his start playing music.

well the taste o meter will catch on haha. i just made this account yesterday. this is easily my new favorite use of the internet now :) and Eisley is my faaaavorite group :)) thhhanks

Georgiana? I live in Atlanta, GA. not sure if that's what you meant...

That's awesome, let me know what you think when you get it-- I feel like the Mountain Goats are either loved or hated, so I'm curious to see what you'll think

Yeah, i understand that completely. i don't think to rock out anyone has to listen to metal all the time. like it says in my about me i'll listen to anything. i enjoy music other then metal sometimes too.

cool, i will definitely check out your stuff. if you like ryan adams/whiskeytown, you really must get (what I think is his best album) heartbreaker. so many crazy good songs on there...

Nice to meet you, Thomas. I'm Jessie. I'm really glad you like The Mountain Goats. John Darnielle is without a doubt the best lyricist I've ever heard. I can't stop listening to their CD Heretic Pride, if you can get your hands on it, I definitely recommend it.. Also, visiting your profile made me re-fall in love with Wilco and Broken Social Scene, so thanks you!!

agreed - wilco & ryan adams pretty much influence all of my writing. do you like ryan adams? he's an amazing lyricist. i'm going to see MMJ for the first time on may 2nd... can't wait! let me know how they are after you see them in april.

I'll search some songs on youtube.... hopefully, my bizarre taste in music will include them too :P

I am very glad to hear this, when we both crash and then subsequently get rescued, I'll be happy to oblige! Thanks for the add, your musical taste is super. :)

yeah, I was at a mountain resort in Romania...actually, I was on top of the mountain in the picture, at over 2000 metres above sea level :P it was awfully cold, but the scenery was definitely worth it :P

thanks for accepting the friend request. sonic youth still rocks (in their unique off-kilter way).

haha yeah, i'm a little obsessed with wilco. i've had this thing since 2006, though. looks like you have pretty great taste in music :)

Hi =]

I like your taste too :) I don't know how the compatibility is calculated :P anyway, is your name Tom? :) I like your avatar too... :D that's a graffitti right? :) btw, I'm Diana...pleased to meet you too :P

Hey ! thanks for the add :) how are you?

thanks...I think one day they will find out like i did.

I try to get them into real punk but they are turned off by it. They say its too weird. I almost picked up a vinyl player the other day at a thrift store. Thats cool we share a same passion. The only kinda instruments that I have not found the ability to play is brass.

HAHAHA I feel your pain. My friends consider bands like All time Low as punk. One day they will learn.

If you wanna play that game, My past favorite bands have been Simple Plan and ACDC.

thanks man..RJA was something I use to be into. My taste has been evolving since.

nothing like Jeff Tweedy on a rainy day. or any day.

The two bands that have caught my eye lately are CFCF (song: raining patterns), and Plants and Animals... both Canadian indie bands... you seem to like Apostle of Hustle as well... Folkloric Feel is definitely one of my fave albums of the past decade. What else? Hmm... yeah I really like Beck's album One Foot In The Grave. Cheers~!

Ha! You're pretty much a carbon copy of me, musically... Right on.

they are amazing!

hey man yeah some of the guys definitely are. thanks for checking it out!

sweet top artists list man!

Haha, yeah, thank you. I only started making them about a week ago. ^^ The idea for the Kevin and Bilinda tour bus animation is several weeks old though. I just never got round to do them until a couple of days ago.

Oh, I feel good. Thank you. ^^ Only a couple of weeks to go until I can enjoy my holidays.

Hello. :D How are you doing? :)

i greatly endorse ur love of my morning jacket...and our super music compatibility

Yeah, it seems real nice. I grew up in the Midwest, so I'm pretty used to country life and the perks that can bring at times. I'm not too sure where I want to live whenever I settle down, but WA may be one of my options. I'm in school, just not this semester. I wanted to take a break from the BS and I needed to save some money. I'm working towards my AS certificate, then transfer for my BA. I want to major in Photojournalism, which is where my troubles lay. It's really hard to find a university with a good dept for Photojournalism, and that's something I've been stressing about lately. What about you? What are you majoring in?

Ooh...oops. I think there was a slight miscommunication there. I meant that I've always wanted to live in Washington, not AL. I mean, AL seems like it has its perks, but I feel like I would love WA's atmosphere. I've been to most parts of our country, but I haven't really ventured up north, and I feel like WA's a good nesting point.

Ah, I see. Alabama huh? How is life there? Yeah, actually I'm hoping to make a trip with my sister not this upcoming summer, but the following one. I may see myself living there one day. I live in Los Angeles, right smack dab in the middle of it. I've been here for about 7 years and I love it here, it's just, I don't know if I want to live here forever, you know.

haha this is true! you should totally screenprint, its super fun. so is crocheting, plus you have your own personal crochet teacher so you should learn!

You should definitely listen to them a bit more. They're fucking amazing live and his lyrics are really, really good. Whoa! You saw all of them? Sweeeeeet. I would have loved to go to that show. So I take it you live in WA then? Well actually, I'd love to go see Radiohead, Sigur Ros, and Explosions but it seems like they're in every other place in the world BUT Los Angeles. You'd think they'd come here more often. The last time they were around I was really broke, but next time I don't care, I'll make a way to go.

I am not sure. Could be in Queens, Brooklyn, Boston, Albany.. anywhere I apply. I don't know where. :( I have to see where I am accepted..

Exactly !!! It killed it ! long island does have great music! :P i might be a wee sad leaving here, if i do, for universidad!~

Haii there! You saw Explosions in the Sky??? Wow...I'm jealous. Where did you see them? That is really, really cool. Well I've seen a few this year, but I haven't been to a show since July this year. :( I went to go see mewithoutYou, and they were really really good. Do you like them? Oh, and I like our Super sweet full red bar of music compatibility :)
