haha, no I know what you mean. I was at a Los Campesinos gig a while back and I thought I'd interrupted a school outing or something. then there was that Les Savy Fav NME gig with the world's sharpest fringes. I don't really mind though, as long as they're not throwing crazy shapes in my face like some sort of Skins reject.

ha, i noticed the crowd were pretty baffled by the whole thing. shame really since everyone looked to be really into Dirty Projectors. I thought there was a little too much new stuff at the Islands gig, as good as it was. Would have been nice to hear Rough Gem but I think they've pretty much retired it from their live sets now.

oh, and as for the Islands gig, I totally agree about the crowd. I enjoyed their set but the band didn't seem too impressed with the static punters. seems to happen a lot with Hoxton crowds tbh. was great to hear Don't Call Me Whitney, though. by the way how was the Answering Machine gig? had to give that one a miss in the end.

I don't think so. I was stood to the left of the stage (shuttling to and from the bar) in a Pretty Girls Make Graves t-shirt, I think. I wish I'd stuck around for Final Fantasy but I'd come straight from work and didn't really feel like it. plus I wasn't that impressed with Stephen O'Malley and Alexander Tucker

I must admit I missed Final Fantasy, I left halfway through Alexander Tucker. Dirty Projectors were amazing though, as were Six Organs. felt a bit sorry for Frog Eyes, they were good but the place seemed almost empty. and £3.20 for a can of Red Stripe! :O what did you make of the Islands gig, by the way?

By the way, what Skirzit says is all lies. I can't stand that guy. Unless you consider him messaging me non-stop everyday me not leaving him alone. It's really irritating because even if you tell him you're extremely busy he still demands attention. Just a suggestion, don't totally ignore him. It just gets worse.

It normally doesn't get this cold. I had to change oil in the car for a while outside and my fingers hurt so bad after I finished. I want to move some where where I wear jackets all the time. Even if they're light jackets. I've always lived in hot places. Florida had similar weather. Oh, I highly doubt that. It's not in your genes. At least you have curves and are not skeletal like me. It's gross.

Yeah, I've never been able to do the bright color thing. It just doesn't look right on me. I will probably end up dressing like a crazy hag when I get older though. Thanks. Here it is a lot colder than it should be. In the 30s. I layered all of my two jackets today. I've never owned a real coat before. Hah.

That is a very pretty jacket. I say red. Black would make you look super gothic-ish in a way. And I know what you mean about white. I think we have similar skin tone. Assuming you meant you're the one on the right when the viewer looks at the picture rather than the picture's right. Black hair with red looks nice. Not to mention white would get dirty. I think I will fill this up again. I hate it.

i've heard pretty much everything by stars except for their debut album. saw them play last year, they were really really good. my heart melts a little everytime i listen to, well basically, any song on their last couple of albums. i can recommend you save ginny weasley by harry and the potters and here's to you by joan baez.

Oh. That's cool. I'm guessing it's kind of like my state. I really don't notice everyone else's because I'm not from here, but they tell me it's WAYYY DIFFERENT Hah, I did that when I was trying to register for classes. I had the wrong year. I am also quite frustrated at everything.

I thought it was cockney. I wasn't sure and I didn't want to be totally off. But yeah, that's quite confusing. And then you guys get new slang ever five minutes. So coming from London you have the posh sounding accent? Or maybe it's different since you said you live in the suburbs. I'd offer to help you, but I think it'd look a little strange the IP coming from America. Hah.

Yeah. I have a knack for that. I can turn a hello, how are you into a three page novel. It makes me feel incredibly annoying. I try not to. I just stepped out of the shower a little while ago. I like english accents too, except that rhyming one. I can't remember what it's called at the top of my head.

That doesn't surprise me one bit. I can read you like a book. You obviously just want my music (even though I'm sure you have the same stuff already). I live in Louisiana, so I'm in central time zone. It's 3:40 or so, and I believe you are six hours ahead of me. Which country in the UK are you? Scottish people have cool accents even though I can't understand some people half the time. Filled...

Yes! Do it! Do not make the same mistake I did and leave it off until the last possible minute and have no choices left. I'm pretty much kneeing myself in the teeth because of it. But it's not so bad. It could be worse. I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing. I know definitely something medical, more than likely nursing for they don't have pharmacy where I'm at and apparently nursing was good? FULL.
