No worries. Things have just been moving along very slowly. I'm not where I thought I'd be six months ago, but then again where I am is a lot better than what I'd predicted, say, a year ago. I feel like I'm waiting around for something, though it seems to be the wrong thing to do. In the meantime I take a lot of photographs and I build and break apart calluses trying to make music, and I'm most productive when I'm putting something off, and I think too much. I'm willing to gamble that last part doesn't surprise you. How are you? I want all the unsavory details and also the rainbows and unicorns. What's been going on?

I was feeling maudlin this evening, sad that many of the people I like best have either moved so many miles away or were never very near me in the first place. And then I listened to Elliott Smith and thought "at last I'm not this guy' and moved on to Anathallo, because sometimes beauty is more than enough to make you smile. Hope you're well.
