I saw Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Belle and Sebastian and Arcade Fire this week; all were absolutely amazing! I would probably say Godspeed was the best show but the other two were 5/5!

Details have been trickling out about Arcade Fire's ridiculously anticipated third album. The follow-up to Neon Bible doesn't yet have a title, but the band have set the end of July as a tentative release date. triple j will get hold of a new song from the Canadian band around June 1. It'll reportedly be called "Suburbs" and will initially be released exclusively on 12" vinyl. The band worked in the studio with long-time producer Nick Launay, and according to sources close to the band, they've got plenty of material to work with - they reportedly recorded and mixed around 38 songs for the album.

I'm going to try my best to go to Lollapalooza. If I can't make it, then I will go to Rock En Seine which is a festival in Paris. Arcade Fire are also playing there :D

Yeah, Arcade Fire are officially headlining this years Lollapalooza. Of course I will be attending the screening of Burning :D

Oh I am so happy, they announced a screening of Burning in my city next month! and guitarist Stuart Braithwaite will be making an special guest appearance :D

Yeah I saw them on Tuesday, it was really awesome. The new electronic sound is cool live. Then the next day I drove for 3 hours to go see Pavement in Glasgow which was the best ever, I also got to meet the band afterwards too :P

65days were awesome. The new album sounds much better live!
