os course it elevated: you're not listening to damn ESPN..... and now i'm going back to beloved buffalo tom, ah, the 90's, ah, teenage years. buffalo's birdbrain from 1990 reminds me of crome yellow. the midwestern rough USA with its blurry edges of men so hopelessly romantic and longing for the sea.

strong recommendation: forth by the verve. pay special attention to "columbo", "noise epic", "sit and wonder" and "love is noise".

Regarding the large number of "Tony Pucci" listens you might notice on my page: No, I'm not narcissistic! I'm busy grading my songs to provide mp3 recommendations on my website that I'm making for my old music! But yeah, obviously my songs would be like a warm, comfortable, old blanket, something soothing that makes intuitive sense to me. everybody got mixed feelings about the function and the form, everybody got to deviate from the norm.... moving pictures is one of my fave records of all time, no kidding. apart from it, i know (and have on CD) counterparts, their release from 1993 which i like a lot and listened to like crazy in 1994/95 and their hits. they came to brasil in 2002 but it was a huge stadium thing and i thought they didn't deserve so much effort. plus I was not listening to them at that time. i kinda regret i didn't attend. but you know...recently i got to see REM and duran duran with one week difference between both. wow, almost got to heaven, what a superb couple of concerts. and there is madonna soon (dec 15th) and i already got the ticket but seriously thinking of selling it, you know. i don't think i'm that interested in facing the huge stadium silliness for an artist who lost so much relevance...

used to like this a lot but since it changed its template to this sort of cloudy robotic coldness in pale grey it kinda lost the thrill to me. also more and more radio, vinyl, i-pod, less and less comp life. but daniel has this evil trick that connecting our i-pods to amarok the songs are instantly shown here. with a curious detail: in alphabetical order! so it's the anti-demonstration of a day in our listening habits, kinda turn-off for me. anyway i'm glad it works cos it's the only way some music can actually appear on my page. ah, too tired of virtuality.
