Hey! I saw that you're going to Coachella and wanted to let you know about my new blog, www.coachellafestival.tumblr.com. Every day for 99 days my blog will feature one artist playing at the upcoming Coachella festival. I've already got a few posts up, so you can check them out and decide if what I'm writing is up your alley. I'm definitely no music expert myself, but what I really wanted to do here is create an information center where you can access basic artist information, third party reviews, music videos, and song downloads conveniently in one place. Researching over a hundred artists involves a lot of work, so I've done the work for you. Happy listening!

did you go to the black kids/cut copy show tonight? halley mentioned you liked black kids and that maybe you were going, and then i noticed it here. i tried looking for you. i hope you made it, it was fucking awesome.

hmm. on the bright side, at least they'd go out on (what i think is) their best album. but i would still be really pissed. awesome shirt by the way.

a whole year. don't remind me :( i hope they reschedule or something, but seeing as they're on a tour with plenty of other cities, looks like it's not going to happen. i really wanted to see them tour this album too.

they canceled. i was hoping to see you there, but when i got there i found out the gig was off so i split and figured you probably already knew. talk about a downer.

yeah, it was really interesting. i remember feeling i was watching adam and eve's home movies or something like that. anyways, see you tomorrow at the raveonettes.

i read about it in some film book. i was interested enough to look up the trailer on youtube, which really intrigued me. it looked and sounded really out there, but i don't know what to make of the actual film.

i watched begotten last night. hmm.

i have not, but it does look good. did you like begotten? i still haven't watched the whole thing (super smash bros...) but i'm going to set aside an hour soon and hunker down.

i have not had the chance to find out. super smash bros. brawl came out last night and...yeah...plus i went to ann arbor to visit christina, so i have not had the chance to watch it and i hate watching movies when i feel rushed. i'll probably try it when i get home.

wow! yeah, a burned copy would be great as long as it works on region 1 dvd players (my computer somehow lost the ability to play dvds). that would be really cool though! i simply don't have the money to drop 90+ bucks on a movie i might not even like.

i know i can find potemkin somewhere, but you were my last hope on begotten, being a film student. i'm trying to start a film club at school and i want to see it. and you should see the raveonettes! lust lust lust is so good (and i read your magazine you left at work with an interview of theirs).
