A most enjoyable evening at The Forum, in a concert of VANESSA PARADIS. Her latest album "Love Songs" prominently featured during the gig, my favourite tune is 'Les Espaces et les Sentiments'. I highly recommend the CD, even if French is not your first language.

ALANIS MORISSETTE AT THE O2 [28 November 2012] Canadian-born dual-citizen (Canadian and American) Alanis, now (incredibly) 38, exploded on stage, at times with such bodily engagement and intensity that I feared for her wellbeing. Brilliant arrangements of known songs, as she covered the albums "Jagged Little Pill" - the album of the year in 1995, album of the decade and in my view the album of the last 25 years - "Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie", "Under Rug Swept", "So-Called Chaos" and her latest 2012 album "Havoc and Bright Lights." I also liked that Alanis briefly joined the warm-up band on stage, sixty minutes before her own performance. An unforgettable evening indeed!
