hmm...I called the Roxy last week, and they said it was doors at 6pm, and band starting at 7pm. Maybe the 7:30pm show is in the venue on top of the Roxy?

Most of the those bands are connected though so that's the only real reason I know some of the members. But yeah. I HAAAAATTTEEEE sounding like a name dropper haha. And Fest! So fun.

Did it last year too, I don't feel like it's that extreme, UK festivals suck and there's little opportunity to see the smaller bands on the Fest line up. And anyway, best weekend of the year is enough for me!!

Well the threat clearly worked, it was a great show! Haha..Californian talk of 'freezing nights' is pretty funny..although I did catch myself complaining that I had to wear a jacket out to lunch on Monday..so I'm clearly becoming acclimatized!

Awww..you had tickets for the previous night? Gutting! I got pretty tense when I saw that he pulled out of that night, it was only because I booked late and the first night was sold out that I ended up going when I did. He did seem pretty ill if it's any consolation. He was the niiicest guy though, I was in the Wessex Boy video, but he filmed his bits for that in the US, so it was cool to finally meet him and the Sleeping Souls. He'll be back in Autumn too apparently

I work in advertising and brand research..which isn't as evil or as dull as it sounds (for the most part..). I'm still waiting on my CIA recruitment call unfortunately Haha, I like it..Deaf by May certainly sums it up! I think I've been to at least one show a week since I arrived a few months ago, I'm pretty sure my ear drums hate me. I totally agree about Clash Battle Guilt Pride, it's possibly my favorite album of 2011..it's a tie between that and Avalanche United..and probably a few others that I can't think of right now..oo Joyce Manor too! I'm so excited for tonight, I looked up the PBC setlist from previous shows on the tour and it looks awesome..can't wait!

Thanks, you too! I moved out here with work..the shows definitely added to the appeal though! There's just so many good shows to go to, it's awesome. I'm so excited to see PBC and Into It. Over It tonight, I've only ever seen PBC once and that was at a festival, so I'm dying to see them at a proper venue. Are you going to the show tonight?
