Oh damn! I can't believe I messed that up. I knew I should have looked first! It is definitely my favorite. I actually really like Sawdust too. I love "Where the White Boys Dance" but that whole album is pretty cool. I love some of the songs on Sam's Town and just like others. I didn't like When You Were Young until I saw it the second time live. At first I was pretty skeptical about Contra. But since I loved there first album so much I made my self listen to it a couple times, because it usually takes me a couple listens anyways, and now I love it! I think everyone loves Cousins. I would give it another solid listen or two before you toss it out! They were so good live! Seeing bands live does help a lot. Arcade Fire would be pretty tight. And Lady Gaga will put on a ridiculous show. So unless there was a band I couldn't miss i'd watch her. And i'm not a fan or anything. I'd just prepare for the weirdest onstage hour of my life!

Oh and as to Bonnaroo I have never been! I haven't been able to afford to go. Even this year will be tough! I've had an oddly high amount of friends go and they've all had a blast and tend to go back at least the following year. Some even love it so much they go no matter the lineup. And the lineup this year is fairly poor compared to Sasquatch and Coachella. Lollapallooza is soft to. Just my opinion!

Yeah I know what you mean. The Killers actually held that place for a long time. I wish they made more stuff like they did on Hot Fuzz but I still love there other albums! I'm really into Passion Pit, Vampire Weekend, and Matt & Kim right now. And then the other music I listen to! I just got last.fm to start scrobbling for me again! It's a good win today.

Yeah that one. They are/were my favorite band! I can't currently pick a favorite. I like to wide a variety of music and i'm obsessed with to many bands right now to decide! That show was pretty great! I only went to the Saturday of Coachella last year and they headlined and it was amazing too!

Haha yeah I did. I've won tickets to The Killers and 311 in the past year too. I don't know how i'm so lucky! But i've certainly enjoyed it.

Parking was never to much of an issue. It generally kept moving which was nice. The only problem we had getting in was Friday because most people getting in then didn't have there wrist bands yet, so we waited in that line for over an hour. It was extremely frustrating and people made the four lines into one giant mob cutting everyone. It was just a bad beginning. We didn't have any problems with leaving because we left early all three days. We didn't really care alot about who was playing at the end of the night. But I know last year took an hour before cars even started to move to get out. It was brutal! I actually don't even have tix or anything to Miike Snow. I'm going to Bonnaroo June 10-13th though! So that makes up for my lack of shows in between!

I did hear about that darn volcano! I read something that said like 4 bands weren't going to be able to make it. Most were already over her and touring. I think it affected people traveling from Europe to Coachella more. As long as you enjoy the writing then you can't worry to much about money in my opinion. I'd rather be happy with out a lot of money than the other way around. Saddly we didn't get there in time to see She & Him :( I wanted to but we left a little late and getting in was awful. I generally saw who I wanted, and those that I didn't know but saw anyways were pretty awesome such as Major Lazer and Bassnectar. Thom Yorke was pretty awesome! He was my Willy Nelson. It was a pretty awesome time!

that "Doolitlle" tour was one of the best concerts I attended last year. it's always good when it looks like the band is having a great time performing too!

(continued) I've never been to Sasquatch so idk which one is better. She&Him and Ra Ra Riot Hot Chip and Basenectar Beach House and Band of Skulls and White Rabbits Phoenix and Miike Snow Matt & Kim and Yo La Tango De La Soul and Mutemath Yeasayer and Hockey LCD and La Roux and Vampire Weekend MGMT and Muse and Major Lazer Those are my problems really lol More than I thought! It seems like they have bands end five min or so after another one starts which sucks if you want to get close at all. Like do I want to stay after Passion Pit through the stage change, the next band I don't care about, and another stage change to See Vampire Weekend up close and miss out on La Roux, Imogen Heap, and LCD or not. I think i'll just go on what I feel at the time of decisions! It's gonna be crazy!

Firstly, you write about indie music for The Examiner? That's pretty tight. I applied to write about the Arizona Sundogs minor league hockey team when I was jobless. But it didn't happen. Reel Big Fish just posted a tweet on twitter saying that The Specials were awesome tonight and that The Specials are RBF's heros...still. They are trying to make me see them! The only bad thing about festivals is the conflicts. When I look at the set list and try to plan it out I'm thinking i'll see this band for ten minutes, then run over here, then over there ect. But in reality the tents/stages are decently spread apart so it takes a couple minutes to get to each stage. And if you happen to be in the mob of people it takes time to get out and your group reorganized. Sasquatch Music Festival in Washington appears to only have one stage which is pretty cool. If you don't like a band you have to sit through it, but you could always go get food or merchandise I guess.

he's just another artist (i never thought i'd see perform their classic stuff) i can chalk off my list. The same feeling I had when I saw the Pixies perform their Doolittle album (last year) and My Bloody Valentine perform for the first time in almost forever (2 years ago). because you never know when the last time will be the last time.

Oh i'll have a great time! It's to bad you couldn't make it :( I'm sure next year will be pretty awesome! Yeah Muse was sick at US Airways! They killed that show! I was thinking about seeing the Specials, but I don't really know them and I was considering trying to get fairly close for Passion Pit. We'll have to see what kind of mood i'm in! Going to The Marquee always makes me want to see RBF so I might have to get my Ska fix!

very! he's actually performing the entire "Pleasure Principle" album, track for track. And the venue is small and cozy, so it should be a good show! :D

You should check out the Coachella facebook page. This is the link- http://www.facebook.com/?ref=home#!/coachella?ref=ts There have been people trying to sell tickets for 300-350. Just go down through all the comments and what not. You're likely to find something! I hope you get to go, it's going to be amazing! I did have Vampire Weekend tickets and holy shit! That concert was so amazing! I love Vampire Weekend and I went in with pretty high hopes, and they were ten times as good as I could have imagined. I didn't expect it to be a giant dance party or having such a sick light show! I can't wait to see them Friday!
