I'd HIGHLY suggest checking it out, I really enjoy it. Another thing that could be of interest to y'might be the 'Recipe for Tasty Donuts' compilation. It features the tracks JDilla used to put Donuts together, the majority being old soul and funk tracks.

Hey - I've got round to having a listen to the Bandit label compilation. It's great! 'the magic of your love' by The Majestic Arrows just came on... it's quite evidently the track Madlib has sampled for 'The Show' from Liberation!

Oh, certainly. It's far more upbeat than both the previous records. However, I was always a bigger fan of Music by Cavelight out of the earlier two. Have you heard Sixtoo's latest? That's 'upbeat', but being Sixtoo has quite a moody vibe. You should check it out! You came across anything sweet recently?

y'heard the new Blockhead record? I'm part of the way through it.. sounds great. Scratches by DJ Signify and things. I think it may well be my favourite record - by him - so far.

Hey, you were not joking when you referred to the new RJD2 material as different. I'd say that track was more Indie than Hip-Hop. There's some promise though.. I'll reserve judgement until I've heard more. Recording and Mixing was the course I done at college, recently I'd been recording some of my mates material and small portions of my own stuff. I really need to make time to finish some of it.

Hah, I see you've been listening to 'Rap Tight' a fair bit. That track is fantastic. You should try and get hold of his self-titled debut album, it's a classic. The new album is alright, but I wasn't as big a fan of the production.

I'm glad you liked Clutchy Hopkins. He's certainly one of my favourite new producers! The MF Doom remixes are rather sweet too. I got a copy of them when I ordered the album from the misledchildren website a while back.
