I was listening to the Constantines' "Hard Feelings" and got the impression that I'll eventually like them as much as I like Arcade Fire or Morphine. Their complex and layered sound (along with their Springsteen-esque vocalist) seem pretty groundbreaking.

I can see the influence Built to Spill could have had on Modest Mouse or Pavement. Their style is definitely in the same indie/ experimental vein. Thanks for refreshing my memory of them. Gotta knock out my Psych final before 1AM. Keep your stick on the ice...
