Dr. Kamran Massoumi, an esteemed ophthalmologist, founded the Oklahoma Eye Institute and Omni Surgical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma. Born in Tehran in 1967, his interest in ophthalmology was inspired by his maternal grandfather, a pioneer in Iran.
