I do: https://soundcloud.com/moulderproductions

not really, but read about it somewhere. just google it if youre interested, anyway i think they were just projects

Dude, I saw both Sunn O))) and OM like 2 years ago in Detroit. Shit is fucking mean. I used to be into stoner/sludge/doom shit a lot more but I kind of just got sick of it. You dig on Earth? Have you heard the new album?

The same goes to you sir.

Yoooo. Yeah things are good in the hood, here. Looking forward to my summer! How are you doing?

Yeah, Bonnie R. right? She lives down near Beaumont. It's not going at all, sadly.

that the limited summer demo thing? i have that too, horrible quality but definitely worth it. haha. i used to love "tech-grind" like that.

Sweet, what sushi bar are you working at again? I think you've mentioned the name but my brain is looping in perpetual friedness. And no, that's not Bonnie. That's an e-friend of mine from a forum I post on. Haha

those are the splits, i think. the unicorn release has the exact same songs on the split i have. misadventures is their side of the GB split. i could be wrong, but i have a live set too and they only play songs on those releases, so we're probably not missing anything! hahah

Clyde?

actually it's not a 7", it's a split 12" with every kid loves a clown. their side was also on the internet as "unicorn" ep, i think. i bought it from the EKLAC dudes like 6-7 years ago, i have no idea where you could get it now. they have a split 10" with gigantic brain too.

Where you at, son?

'ello.

Hey there. How's it going?

oh well, no need bro, thanks a lot anyway. I got it from the guitarist of the band! :)

ayo man, can you send me the Good Morning EP by Broadmoore please? I've been searching it for years!!! thanks :)

& yeah man our tastes are going to marry each other in beautiful melodious (or more likely dissonant) matrimony.

Haven't heard of them, gonna check 'em out now ^___^

I could see B.o.B and CuDi moving down the list if they don't stay relevant (CuDi is already being forgotten honestly) and Wiz and Cole moving up, they are just getting started. Of course I don't think Wale was every as popular as the other 4, so he may fade into obscurity like so many other northern underground rappers..

Wiz is def. in my top 5 for new school rappers. (B.o.B, Wale, J. Cole, KiD CuD, Wiz) my rankings go: 1. Wale (personal favorite) 2. B.o.B (he's not my second favorite, but he's got skills to make a hit record, and he produces and sings) 3. J. Cole (he's raw, and I had to put him near the top since he's repping my under-recognized state) 4. KiD CuDi (he's been immensely popular among the stoners, and he brings rap to the mainstream without autotune or Lil' Wayne (boo on Drake)) 5. Wiz (he's also showing that he can hit the charts, with "Say Yeah" and "Black & Yellow", and also he hasn't compromised his values too much, he still goes hardcore) What do you think?

I dunno how I feel about Wiz.. I mean I'm not a huge fan, but he's not absolutely terrible. I dunno.

I did read it! I am interested in what my friends have to say! Look into DFA's 'You're a Woman, I'm a Machine'. Hopefully you'll dig it. I've not heard Merchandise - should I look into 'em?

That would be Death From Above 1979 - if my Facebook hadn't already told you that! SO SO stoked! Sorry to hear about the studio woes you've had today :(

That does sound exciting, good job! I'm pretty good, thank you for asking. I've learned my favourite band ever ever have reformed and are playing a London show this year. Mind bloooooown. I'm very happy right now!

Not at all! I just been a busy girl this week :) How you doing?

What is your band called? Can't remember sorry :)

No problem, I liked your band quite a bit, if I remember correctly : D

feel free to mail something over, dude...i just can't promise anything back too soon, really.

well, if i had the free time on my hands, i'd be into that. i'm working on two projects besides my band now, so i guess i just won't be able to do more. good shredding by the way, i'm a horrible shredder, i must admit. i went to write more layered stuff lately, plus the usual spastic stuff, but i've never really learned how to shred well.

i'm gonna start writing some more rock-oriented music once i'm getting my tele, i think. just wanna mess around with different styles of music, too. and it's so easy to write and record music at home nowadays, which is cool. there is so much stuff i'm liking out there, and it's always good to cross borders, i think.

i'm a full on ibanez guy myself, but i always wanted a tele for my collection. and these mexican standard teles are sooo cheap and nice. anyhow, the music is pretty chill. i do hear a lot of post rock influence, which is not my thing, while i do appreciate the shoegaze-ish stuff. not huge into the vocals, i must admit tho'.

is that a tele i'm hearing there? sooo close to buy one, man...

Magnetic North was probably their best record IMO. Give me a link to some of your stuff, I'd love to check it out.

Well, I love hopesfall ... and last.fm is the greatest tool to discover new music, You listen to some awesome tunes as well amigo.

Haha, aw. Well I hope you won't still be ill in June/July? I'm continuing to make my way through recommendations and Quote Unquote downloads at the moment... so I'm probably not rockin' anything you haven't heard of. I also listened to this earlier and liked it lots: http://balanceandcomposure.bandcamp.com/ How about you?

I can barely afford it, to be honest. But over the past couple of years I've decided just to do it... you only live once! I've been to Austin! Few years ago now, but I loved it. If I end up taking in the TX again this year, I'll yell ;)

doing pretty good man...how about you?

nah, dude...basically everything from hip hop to black metal. as long as i like something i won't give a shit about the genre. just been playing some d'angelo today, for example. i did listen to a lotta more metal lately, though. feel free to shoot over some url's, so i can check out some of your bands.

haha, nevermind. ;) i'm playing the guitar.

yes, i actually am. you can check out three tracks here: http://beta.projectrodney.com/warfromaharlotsmouth

i love it, but i've been listening to the songs for years before the new year's release. but i don't know, considering they've been my favorite band forever, they could probably release a piece of shit and i'd still love it because it's them.

Girls have eyes EVERYWHERE. And if that sounded creepy... well, it was meant to. Yeah London's cool. I have lived here for about ten years now, so in a way I feel like I am over it a little. Though if you ever find yourself here and need a guide...! :) I have travelled a fair amount, yeah, but want to do it way more. Been to a few different places in the States and spent all last summer in upstate NY (apart from the Berea Fest weekend!). Currently planning on coming back...

yeah, dude...totally. they will remain one of my all time faves for sure and i agree, 'around the fur' was a great album, apart from 'head up', which i never liked. i just think the new one has less good than so-so songs, that is my problem with it. anyhow, have you heard the three remixes for 'diamond eyes'? those are pretty cool.

The patch is but a prop. I have two functioning eyeballs.

well, i am a little disappointed in the long run, i must admit. there are a few very good songs on 'diamond eyes' but overall it disappoints a bit. just a little too much filler material maybe. they are still one of my alltime fave bands and i really tried to like the new album and played the hell out of it, but it didn't hit me. how do you like it?

It's a pity you're joking. I could do with the money. It might be for the best however, my humour doesn't always translate and your co-workers may well find you even less funny when you're using my material...
