ahh WOW i'm so glad you've heard of Yiruma! can you recommend any other beautiful piano pieces/composers to me please? i want to get into more piano music nowadays <3 Yann Tiersen is absolutely amazing, yeah! my favorite is La Valse D'Amelie (the piano version) it's so sad! :( i'm not sure i've heard much of his latest music, but the Amelie soundtrack is definitely genious!

Yep, same here; i only really enjoy damien rice's music when i'm feeling emotional because most of his songs are quite sad. But his song "dogs" is perfect to listen to on a sunny day! I've listened to some Florence + the machine songs (the popular ones that a lot of people know) and I love how ethereal and unique their sound is. lately though, i've been getting into emotional piano music such as Yann Tiersen. I love his compositions! Have you heard of a korean pianist called Yiruma? You must listen to some of his music, it's amazing! His song "love hurts" is so sad!

Ik denk dat ik even damien rice moe was, en soms moet je muziek even langere tijd niet luisteren om het vervolgens weer opnieuw te beluisteren, dat voelt als een nieuwe ontdekking. In de fase van het aanmaken van mij account luisterde ik veel naar Mr. Rice. maar ik ben The Frames veel meer gaan waarderen. En trouwens Rootless Notes was toen der tijd een nummer dat zo lekker mijn gevoel kon weerleggen. Ik zie dat jij ook een fijnproever bent, zelfs Fion Regann, zie ik daar staan! nog meer vragen? ;-)

Hey hey! It's been a while since I logged on Last...But here I am! :) I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful letter! I read it a week ago or so,but mom told me that it came 2 or 3 weeks ago. Anyway it was nice and thanks also for the fireworks! I am not afraid of fire! :D These next 3 weeks starting now I'm having the end-of-semester exams (don't know the word in english) and it's a pretty busy period. But I'm not scared... :D I'm chilled. Spotted your comment on Damien Rice... I haven't tried any of Lisa's stuff yet, although I'm sorely tempted to! If you like Damien, I can heartily recommend "Lost in the Trees." It's like Damien Rice with an Orchestra behind him... Heavy on classical but nice... Cheers from Japan!
