It was long ago indeed... I haven't been online often either, but I'm trying to... uh.. get back, or something. It's not really working, but I'm trying...! Because there are things I want to do... Anyway, it doesn't really matter. ^^; About DAI, they're releasing a new album soon... did you know about it? It'll break the shiritori game, but I guess it's special... since it's the 10th album. Title is "X" (well... ten XD) and all tracks are new.... none of them are from singles, since their latest release was an album! So... this is unexpected, different, new, and... I have no idea how it will be. o_o; But.... Shimura? Wait, where are you now? o.o

Yeah! At first I thought it was weird/funny... but after listening to a few albums I started really enjoying it. Specially the latest two albums! And LOL, how come the auto-correct corrected to SHIMURA? That isn't even english.. do you use that word a lot? XD My cellphone's auto-correct feature pisses me off sometimes too.... -_- And... Yeah, I did! You hadn't listened to the singles? Personally, I thnk all three are pretty good... first Chikai was released, then Ariadne no Ito was even better and THEN Tasogare was awesome! I was even afraid the album's title would be "TWILIGHT"... I do like the word, but you know..... terribly overrated. So I'm glad it wasn't. Still.... if it had ended up being TWILIGHT, the title track would surely make it worth...! Anyway, I really liked the album. Do listen to the singles! They have really good b-sides like "Bokutachi no Ketsudan" that's meant to be a reply to Field of dreams... and it IS a really nice song and it GIVES the feeling of a reply. And "Tightrope Dancer", that's not slow at all... and has a very Ryo-like solo (like many recent solos are, again!) Anyway.... awesome, awesome album, I really like it more and more, each time I listen... and I have been listening to it quite often. They really ARE getting better at each release, and that makes me happy... :D

Yeah well... good think I tend to retry new artists/bands from time to time to see how they sound, or I'd never have downloaded Blue Flame PV and told you about what I thought, what made you recommend me GEMINI XD (ok... who cares?) But I'm really glad I did... XD Got addicted to this! And I probably will keep an eye on their next releases, from now on.. who knows, I may end up liking their old stuff more too. Well yeah, who knows... XD but it's good to listen to something again after a lot of time.. you see it differently. It's like with ROACH... I HATED it the first time I listened to their first album, and I was telling someone about how much I hated and started listening to it, when.. to my surprise.... I thought it was pretty good. In the end, I really loved that album and still love it.. it's one of my favorite albums of al time. XD After that, I always remember to try things again because... I don't know, I might love them this time. Or hate something I used to love...XD

Now that I think of that, I actually listened to all albums, surprisingly...o.O (....someone who claims not to be a fan nor follow the band, and there's also the voice thing.. still...XD) Anyway, I didn't hate the albums or something, but it's as I said... and as you said! There were those moments of pure greatness, but the overall thing never pleased me as much as now. What you said sounds so right.. yeah, I think that's what it feels like. They didn't change, but there was some growth.. so they still sound like them, but still it isn't the same... It's just a big mix and result of all of their faces that became something so great. I think? Something like this. Don't mind me if it sounds weird, I'm VERY sleepy, I don't even know how I'm able to write now (and in english!!) It's like... I like both "Yami ni Chiru Sakura" and "Drella.", but they're really different. But I'm glad! Specially in such a time that so many great bands are letting me down, recently.......XD

....and that sounded a bit poetic and fake, but I swear it's true! I meant exactly what I said. XD It was good enough to give me goosebumps and make me think "Wow....." while listening to random parts of songs. The outro song isn't really my thing, but I could enjoy even that.... and that IS surprising!

Well, I told you before.. but I guess you don't remember it. XD You'd say "what's wrong with his voooice??" but yeah.. I don't know, maybe I think it didn't match or... I don't know! It just sounds so much better now. xD And yeah, I did like some things they did before, but.. nothing that would make me really want to keep following the band and its releases. It's like... there are songs I don't like, songs I'm okay with, songs I love, and now these new songs that are... somehow, different? I don't know really... and I don't want to make them sound bad when I say this, but what I feel really is that they kind of became grown-ups now.. xD I can't explain it very well. Anyway, I listened to it alot already.. from my mp3 player, so I'm scrobbling here a bit... xD My last.fm was kind of abandoned! Specially since winter started.... but I'm trying hard to keep the scrobbles true to the truth! (?) It's just, well......it's REALLY GOOD! Not only that, but I feel like it touched my heart.

I was still able to love it. I LOVE IT. You can feel them there... EF was definitely a good album, but you can actually FEEL them there, in EIGHT.... that was something I missed. Now I'm happy *___* Such a good album! I gotta scrobble it more XD - my last.fm really isn't as true as it used to be... I listen from my mp4 player most of the time, so most things I listen to won't get scrobbled... T_T sometimes I fake-scrobble the things I listened during the day, but I don't always do that. But I'll do that when I can, when I'm not home, during the night while I'm sleeping, etc. XD

By the way, how expensive is it? I really want to buy it too, but I think it'll take some time (the trip killed my current and next months when it comes to money... =_= well, it was worth it) I want to buy all the new things they're releasing, and then keep buying the old things, slowly, one by one.. I don't have many of the old ones either, and there are TOO MANY, so it'll take a few years... probably XD The only of the new ones I'm lacking is "Infinity Ni" and "EIGHT" now (counting out the DVDs), and this is ironic because.. this single was the one I liked the most (after their return, that is), and I feel like I'm gonna like this one too, I still just don't know how much... but but.... nervous! :D
