I do know russian, but the vocabulary is becoming more poor daily. the scene here is still ok, but it's not what it used to be, it does have major art schools and colleges in the area, which helps with some of the music scene. the noise and experimental scene is pretty strong here. Otherwise, the most exciting stuff is a 3 hour drive away in New York and sometimes Boston which is an hour away driving.
