Yeah maybe^^ A lot of other people who went to my show thought Billy Talent were excellent, so maybe it's just me:P

I don't like that many american bands either...Death Cab For Cutie is my favorite. I saw Billy Talent when they opened for My Chemical Romance in 2007. I didn't like their gig mainly because I didn't know any of their songs, the sound was really aweful and I nearly died in a mosh

The reason why no one listens to indie here is probably because no radio station at all play it. If any radio station at all would start playing it, people would start liking it, I'm sure.

Jonas Brothers have taken over here too. Well, mostly younger people around 12 or 13 listen to them, as well as Avril Lavigne and Simple Plan. People my age mostly listens to r'n'b. The few people that actually listens to indie are way older than me, like in their late 20's.

The same thing goes for the people here in Sweden. Some people listen to good music, but there are very few of them. Too few. R'n'b is pretty big in Sweden, but something that's even bigger is Swedish boy bands. I hate that music to death. Stuff like black metal and grindcore are pretty big here as well, but indie isn't, really.

In A Dream...makes me melt every single time. Gary really do know how to write good lyrics...and I think he gets even better with every album they release! Chasing Cars is the only song that got big here, too. Although one radio station did play Crack The Shutters like, two times or something :P

Some songs are breathtaking, especially the live version of Fix You, you know, when the instrumental part kicks in? I can't chose either....at the moment, probably In A Dream I Saw Satellites and Just Say Yes. Other songs I love are Headlights On Dark Roads, Run and Set The Fire To The Third Bar.

I forgot one song!!! 'Til Kingdom Come, it's just so beautiful :D The Hardest Part when played stripped-down (like they've done on their viva la vida tour) is very beautiful. What's your favorite Snow Patrol song by the way?

They were even better the second time I saw them, because it was after Prospekt's March had been released, and also after they'd started playing older songs again :D Hm, tough one...Don't Panic and See You Soon will always be two of my favorites...The Hardest Part, Gold In The Hills and Gravity, me thinks. I wasn't a huge fan the first time I saw Coldplay. My friend more or less made me go with her, and I'll never regret it. I cried like half of that concert, and after that show, I was completely blown away and became obsessed. Coldplay are amazing live :D Too bad they never play any of my favorite songs, though... :|

I would have died and gone to heaven if I could see Coldplay and Snow Patrol at the same concert :D I wish Snow Patrol had opend for Coldplay in Stockholm too D: The first time I saw Coldplay, it was Albert Hammond, Jr., and the second time I saw them, it was White Lies (I love them), but Snow Patrol would have been amazing! I am planning on moving to the UK when I'm finished with school, too :P

xD This was actually the first time ever Snow Patrol were in Sweden :P Bands normally never come to Sweden. Well, I guess it depends on how big the band is...bands like Coldplay or Oasis always include Sweden in their european tour, but smaller bands, like Snow Patrol? It happens like once every second year that a British band the size of Snow Patrol come here :P

Saw them twice in May, front row in the middle both times :D mindblowing indeed.

Well it's all clear now that SP songs are not as good with women covers, its just garry's voice that make them extraordinary.. especially his voice in "run". Also i would say that men voice does fit perfectly in alternative songs, women voice doesnt fit that much, but in some songs it does. I did listen to black and silver and i really like it too ! thanks for recommending it, could you give me names of more such good songs?

Well Crack the shutters is the only Sp song that is played on polish radio. I also heard that run have been also well known by the people [especially after leona lewis covered it], but who knows - perhaps one of gary's new song which I also looking farward to hear to will race to the top :]

Well, it could be hard to make a world tour since Gary is about to make two new records only by himself and as the-honey said SP is not popular enough in europe [dont know how it is in Canada, but I predict its the same there] because they dont make as comercial music as other artist do [which is one of few reasons why I do listen to snow patrol :], but I hope that after u2's 360 degrees tour, and supporting Coldplay's tour loads of people will get to know Snow Patrol, which is common while seeing someone live. All in all I do agree that the independent world tour is a marvelous idea :]

Same here xD It's school year here soon, and I'm sure when my teacher will ask the class so me as weel, which was my best moment during the summer, my friends will say the answer sooner than me, because I told every moment that happened :D Although SP is not so popular in my school :S My school mates dig Drum'n'bass, disco and the popular music that keeps flowing out of the television :S Gary Lightbody is a hero.. No doubt *-* He is amazing. A private conversation must be very interesting with him. I'm always wondering how would it feel to talk with him. He seems nice and very smart :)

Well, Snow Patrol rock, don't they? They came to Poland yesterday to support u2 and Gary Lightbody had tears in his eyes when he saw that polish fans made a huge flag of Poland [white-red colours, which you can see on youtube, type "chorzow flag"] and named himself overhelmed after show. I hope they'll come back to poland alone soon!
