yeah, that's when I saw them with deerhunter x). i think it's a great sophmoric album by them. it's exactly what i had hoped & expected it to be. the only slight difference i feel is in the tone of the songs. While their self titled sounds very sunny/summery, Days sounds more overcast, cloudy? if that makes sense.

i mentioned that I loved his guitar playing and that i hoped he may play one of his songs during the set. and they did x) they also played the ducktail song, [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x5-LKJSH_AM]art vandelay[/url], which was beautiful

one time i went to see Real Estate at the Majestic. when I got there the opening band was still playing, and I went to the bathroom. No one was in there except alex bleeker, and I got to pee next to him. it was a magical moment.
