That's what you get when you nyeh nyeh nyeh nyeh

I've only tried the free Spotify (with ads) so it got annoying fast. It pretty much had every band I typed in though, so I can understand it's popularity. I'm just not ready to give up on having a million folders of music to wade through... yet! haha

No worries Dave. I'm just working on getting all my music on the PC up to at least High quality VBR Mp3, 320 or higher like FLAC and M4A. So I'm buying a lot of albums on CD that I had as lower quality mp3 if that makes any sense haha. So I didn't buy much I didn't already have. I did find Hüsker Dü's Land Speed Record though which was a good find.

Hello Dave, hows it goin'? Noticed you were liking some Spiritualized recently. Have you ever checked out the band the guy from Spiritulized was in earlier Spacemen 3? They did about 4 or 5 really good albums then had a big falllout. Early shoegaze/fuzz spacerock type stuff. I'm having an xmas trip to vinyl exchange this weekend or possibly during the week can't wait .

Hey Dave, no lol I didn't end up going myself was having a jam on sunday and just totally forgot tbh, I didn't have a ticket was gonna pay on the door.

Cool, I'v got an idea where It is now. Yeah I'll look out for you there Dave, should be good!

hey dave, I got the new Brian Jonestown album not scrobbled it yet, good stuff though. They playing at the Ritz in Manchester, might see you there if you end up goin'. I'm not exactly sure where the Ritz is though lol

Oh cool, i'll have to get that, cheers. Theres a couple more of their albums I could do with aswell, need a visit to Vinyl Exchange soon hehe. I got a few EP's by Wooden Shjiips, good stuff.

Hey Dave, how it goin? Have you ever heard Neil Young's electronic album Trans? It's crazy sounds like Neil Young with Devo as his backing band and a vocoder for the vocals on most tracks.

La Cucaracha is weak compared with the earlier stuff. "The Pod" is one of them random albums like Stump or The Residents, definitely worth a listen. The Mollusk is there best normal style album I guess.

BTW I noticed you been loving My Morning Jacket a lot. I know "One Big Holiday" that song is ace, I think I'm gonna have get one of their albums.

Hey Dave. Not heard of Dr. Dog, I will check them out. I been listening to loads of Ween they're earlier 90's albums are crazy you should check them out. Look for "The Pod" if your in mood for some crazy weirdness ha

Our musical compatibility is once again SUPER.

Yeah Take it from The Man is really good. Their Satanic Majesties Second Request is excellent aswell. Some of my favourite tracks of theirs are on Bravery, Repetiton & Noise, another good album. Not heard anything really bad from them tbh.

I'v been doing some recording with a guy in Punk band goin back to 1978, anyway was playing some of the stuff to some guy in a band and he said this sounds like "The Brian Jonestown Massacre" and reccomended DIG! I remember you did it for me ages ago so finally I got around to watching it and I had a revolution literally wrote 3 songs in about an hour. Amazing band I can't say how good they are.

Did you change your red mage picture to that Christmas red mage picture I made for you last year? I forgot to look while it was still Christmas.

Hey Dave, I was listening to last fm electronic radio and Postal Service came up, I had heard Such Great Heights before but it seemed to click, really cool song I gonna have a really good listen to their album this week sometime.

As for Neil Young, didn't even know he had a new album :S is it any good? I might get it.

Yeah I'm lovin Hawkwind at the mo. My m8 did me an MP3 with loads of their albums, the only one I had on CD was Warrior on the Edge of Time and a compilation aswell. I knew loads of their tunes but not really heard the albums properly. It does seem like everyone has seen em live lol I'm the only one who hasnt :(

Hey Dave, click that montage of genres thing on my page. There is loads of cool gadgets for last.fm there.

mmmm potato lattice. I always just called them waffle crisps. Well, I used to call them crisp waffles, but that just sounds like regular waffles that happen to be crispy, so I changed it.

Hey Dave, just seen the link but it's dead for some reason :(

Haha Gin n Juice.

haha I didn't realise I had listened to it so much... great song though! I havn't heard the Elliot Smith version, but it would be almost perfect for him to cover it, just like one of his tunes. Good band Big Star, I think a lot of bands have covered their songs, I only got the albums recently, good stuff.

lol Dave m8, those damn clowns! Yeah not too bad just trying find a job, it's hard at the mo as u probably know. Was working but now I'm just skint and it's gay. Apart from that it's all good hehe Round & Round should of been changed too On & On coz it goes On & On & On the worst on the album for me.

HEHE Everybody Knows This is Nowhere, one of my favourite albums... good stuff!

Dave. Have you listened to Voxtrot? You might like them.
