    Well I would say a lot of the newer stuff is more accessible if you want better production. If you want to go the correct timeline then start with the originals like Crass, Hemdale, Napalm Death, Brutal Truth, Terrorizer. If you want more modern I definitely recommend Wormrot since they are probably more accessible to people who don't listen to metal very often. Also Pig Destroyer and the Cattle Decapitation dudes for some Deathgrind. I personally like Goregrind the most though but I don't recommend that if you are trying to get into the genre. Other things that aren't necessarily grindcore but are still cool nonetheless, Naked City which is a jazz/grind project by John Zorn, Converge which is a mathcore/metalcore but keeps the hardcore intensity of the subgenre, Orchid which is screamo but also part of the hardcore subgenre thing
