Moin!

Hi! Love your app. Right now it seems to be taking minutes for a successful scrobble with the scrubbler. For example [3/9/2024 04:29:50 PM]: Trying to scrobble 'Criminal'... [3/9/2024 04:34:29 PM]: Successfully scrobbled 'Criminal' [3/9/2024 04:40:42 PM]: Trying to scrobble 'Shadowboxer'... [3/9/2024 04:44:03 PM]: Successfully scrobbled 'Shadowboxer' Just wondering if this is a problem on my end, or due to people or bots mass scrobbling and slowing things down or something else. The default scrobbler for windows seems to thankfully work ok for the moment

Hey! Judging by yours description ("electronic, heavy metal and shoegaze") I would recommend the album "newave"! It has a lot of really cool tracks. After taking a look at your library it looks like youre into some noisier shoegaze so "Good Morning" is definitely an album you should also check out by COTD (my fav album btw =) ). Favorite track is really hard for me, I love them all. But its probably "Shed" or their "Bear EP". Happy listening!

Thanks for the Scrubbler, revolutioned the way I listen to music (went right back to the grind I never listened because of the short track limit). Keep the good work!

Hey, your Last.fm Scrubbler application is fantastic. Is there any way there could be an option when bulk scrobbling (database scrobbling specifically in my case) that changes whether the date/time set is for the first or last song? Currently it just sets the last song's date to the time set. Being able to set the scrobbling start time instead would be insanely helpful in some situations. I actually added this into an older version of Scrubbler (http://i.imgur.com/KuynDmV.png) but haven't kept it updated. I figured I might as well just suggest it and see if you liked the idea at all. Anyways if you could add this it'd be really helpful but if not then no problem! Thanks for the awesome piece of software.

I haven't heard The Sims 3, nor have I played it, but I'll listen to it at the end of this track. I really enjoy the score he did for Pain & Gain, which was a ridiculous movie in it's own right. One of the best Michael Bay films in a while. To answer your other question, I think it depends. I usually don't mind if it's a video game score (see earlier in this post lol), but for movies I do think you have to watch it to truly understand a movie. Most of the time I scrobble the score right after I watch the movie, but in the cast of old films I've already seen I just throw it on whenever.

Doing very well thank you! It's always a good day when I don't have to go to the office haha. I see you listen to Steve Jablonsky, what's your favorite score of his?

hi, would it be possible to add manual scrobbling of album artist to your Scrubbler app? like you can on universalscrobbler.com. i really like this look of this app and i'd like to use it but it's pretty useless to me as far as scrobbling compilations etc. without this feature. cheers!

Funny you mentioned Newave, since I actually thought to myself the other day that I find it tricky to rate that album. All the songs are quite different from each other, despite the common elements used throughout (latin style guitar, the percussion, and electronics). So the album seems strangely cohesive and uncohesive at the same time (at least, to me). I love some of the tracks (Hyper Velocity, Newave), while others do almost nothing for me (Snow Again, and How Smooth - although the live version of How Smooth is pretty cool). I took a quick look at the artists on your page, and since most of them are guitar-based, I can understand that Newave might appeal less to you, because of the electronics. But the again, you also listen to Enter Shikari, so I could be wrong :)
