Yes, Death is amazing! Ahh, I had to close at work that day so I didn't go to that show. I probably could have made it on time though, those shows always run late. Haha. Maybe I'll see you at one of the shows!

It's good to see someone who doesn't think that the more progressive Death stuff is crap, and I also really like Symbolic. I think I prefer Human the most though, but I'm starting to get into Scream Bloody Gore, so I don't know haha. ah, Gorguts is pretty awesome :) Obscura is what got me hooked on them, but Erosion is up there too. but then I've recently been listening to more of Considered Dead, so I really have no idea :D

thanks! I honestly haven't heard that much of it, but from what I've heard it sounds like I could get into it. I'm usually more into their older stuff like Those of the Unlight, but occasionally I like their newer stuff. what do you think of it? I'm seeing you like Death? haha, what material of theirs are you into?

no i havent heard Legions of Astaroth yet...many times did hear the band name though..will check out sometime, seems like raw, occult black metal kinda stuff...

oh actually i just realized i have heard a handful of quite excellent death metal bands from Georgia..Vasaeleth (didnt know they were from Georgia as well besides Texas), which is an excellent Incantation style doomy death metal, Father Befouled (again Incantation worship done right), Demoniacal Possession (death/doom), Encoffination (death/doom), Vomitchapel (black/death), etc are some of the present day bands..there were some of them in the old days too, but they are all split up or whatever..i dont think though that i would like Signs of Dying more that these bands considering that apparently SoD are a technical death band which is not really my kind of genre haha :P :) i saw in your myspace that Chicago,IL is your hometown, and thats awesome because Illinois, in particular Chicago, has always been one of the most awesome scenes in old school death metal, one of my most favorite scenes ever haha
