thank you so much for the recs, I listened to Takeleave a lot during my vacation and it really was the electrobucolic mood I needed. I just ordered my Brighton Tapes vinyl + digital, if you haven't caught it yet I can upload it 4 you. Also, give "Hotel Nota" by Roméo Poirier a try, very moody and experimental you may like it!

hey! Thank you for the rec I appreciate! I usually download the movies I want, I don't really pay for an account (which is wrong I know). I have only seen 2 Cassavetes: Gloria and A Woman Under The Influence. I definitely should watch more of him since I liked these two. And Godard well, as a proud french I have seen a few new wave movies but I hardly often enjoy them. I still prefer Godard than Truffaut though. Have you watched anything from the Safdie brothers? They are among my fav directors atm, you should give it a shoot if you haven't already

I haven't seen any Safdie films yet. For Cassavettes, check out Husbands and Killing of a Chinese Bookie. For Godard, check out Contempt, Pierrot Le Fou, Vivre Sa Vie, Bande a Part, and Weekend.

Hey Flaococo ! Nice hearing from you, I noticed you subscribed to my channel indeed! I'll try to assess (with stars) as many movies as I can so that you can have better suggestions. Glad to stumble upon your charts, too, they will give me the indie inspiration I need at the moment.

Really hard to say since I've never tried to keep myself updated with new releases... There's already so much good stuff to listen to, I feel like I've just been trying to catch up my entire life ah. But as far as I know, I really enjoyed Flamagra. What about yours? How do you keep track with everything that's released every single day, btw?

quick top 5: Bjarki, Floating Points, VC-118a, Tracey, Bill Callahan Most things I'm interested in finds his way to me, otherwise sites like rateyourmusic and specifically some lists on there are great to keep track of what's being released

i like these american guys, they put out the album, no any promotional, awesome low budget style video for "plantasy", amazing sound with influence of modern jazz music and they are still underrated. nice times we live. to find the beauty you need to diggin...but it's worth it!

Yes! They are from Lille and I missed their gig :c. From which city are you from? Well I didn't want to listen to it! I loved so much Salad days, that I got disappointed by This old dog. But since you asked me, I gave it a go and it's actually quite enjoyable ! Did you like it?

hey, i think that you should try to listen to Kona Triangle. sounds like old BoC with heavy beats. i'm already listened their first and single album 9 years earlier but today i founded that their music is really great (maybe it's because of Lone - it's onehalf his project. other one is Keaver & Brause - also sounds great)

Dude, thanks for the recommandation I truly appreciate. I'm going to listen to that album ASAP. I don't know if you're familiar with Leon Vynehall, if not you should check his work it's something between house and OPN and I'm loving it atm. PS: your profile remains a fucking goldmine, I just can't recognize any band in your weekly top! Thanks for using lastfm dude.

Tricky question, I admit the album in itself is very uneven. I mostly grinded the first half of it, which I love. I guess the low-key, chamber hip-hop sound and themes ("well fuck my mental health", "girl, she plays me Barry White" etc) has really been resonating in me as they just match with some of my current states of mind (just as The Ooz). The album is pretty moody but not distressing, makes it kinda easy to listen to. But yeah, the album definitely draws a world that feels familiar for some reason. Maybe because i've also been drowning lately...
