Hey, looking forward to the ADTR review. Its really funny, I found a video from the gig on youtube and I think it was yours. I was bang in the middle of the mosh wearing a white t-shirt getting destroyed everytime the camera was on me. I really enjoyed the gig, I'm a big ADTR fan but I've seen them so many times its got a bit boring, but was great to hear Sticks & Bricks and to open with 2nd sucks was sick. Shame they didn't do much early stuff like Heartless and 1958 - my two favourites. I'm not on twitter but keep me posted on album and gig reviews, thought the Decoder review was really insightful, x

in not wanting our beloved last fm to wither away, i thought i'd recommend you a band called vessels, they're amazing - you can find them on spotify - check out altered beast, look at that cloud and wave your arms airmen, those are the best tracks. :) x

oh two fingers are awesome - it's a collaboration between amon tobin and sway, so basically crazy electronica-dubstep-grimey-hip hop. as you may have seen, amon tobin's at the top of my chart, i recommend you give him a listen first cos his stuff owns everything. then check out the two fingers goodness. i got the album on press advance cos i'm reviewing it for a website. x

i decided that i didn't want to go directly into law because a lot of it is actually deathly boring and i didn't think i'd enjoy a career in it - tho if i was going to do something law-y, i'd go into intellectual property (copyrights etc), specifically for music, cos i did my dissertation on it and it's pretty cool. so i've kept my options open, i'm currently doing work experience placements, am at an agency in canary wharf. just persistence then eh - i'm going to try and get in on that! you know where you wanna go travelling? yeah they're not groundbreaking, but have some cool geek-out bits... how about textures? x i can't believe you like that song tenderoni so much - i work in a shop part time and it's on the stereo, it's become the bane of my life!!

that sounds awesome - i probably should have done something like that at degree level but i did law. which is not a bad thing but still, would have enjoyed it more. yeah, i feel the same way, but it's the raising money for travelling that's taking me a while. i really wanna do an internship at a label like you did - how did you get it? ok i give in, spotify kicks ass, nice tip ;) x p.s. eyes of a traitor - yay or nay...

hah, i suppose i had expected it to be more than that, but since i've had a chance to use it a bit i have realised it's pretty cool. it does have loads of music! hmm it's hard cos the album's so consistent but I'd say my two favourite tracks on it are numbers count for nothing and every last breath - i love the singing at the end on the latter. and numbers was brutal when i saw em in london! what are you studying/what do you wanna go into career wise? i think ideally i've always wanted to be a music journalist but i've not done enough to go in that direction... x
