Hi Jeff, my first last.fm pal. I enjoy your links on Facebook; we seem to share similar politics as well as musical tastes. Just checking in.

Hi Jeff i stopped here. Greetings from Germany and a fine day for you.

Hi Jeff. I enjoy your news clippings on FB, as well as your musical tastes.

Hello! I love jazz too. Will you add me?

Hey J, whaddaya say?

Hi!Join our swinging company at http://www.lastfm.it/group/Modern+Big+Band+and+Swing =)Greetings from Sardinia

I see you're on a Monk kick at the moment; joy!

"Bo Diddley, Bo Diddley, have you heard?" I'll miss that beat; wish he could've copyrighted it; he'd have been rich.

Ah, the Trout Mask; those were the days.

Happy Easter!

Good to see you last night. Potter was pretty amazing! Just wanted to let you know Matt Jorgensen has a new record out. I remember how much you enjoyed his last one. I just downloaded it from eMusic. Good stuff.

'sheddin', eh? awesome.

What's up Jeff?

Thanks, Jeff. I'm still adding cds. I will catch up with you later. Al

Hi cj. I see we're psychically connected again this week, ala Buddy Tate. We must be listening to the music the world needs or something.

Hey, Jeff! Thanks for the New Year wishes! I hope Santa was good to you and put lots of tunes under your tree. Regards, Ron

Happy new year! Keep rocking that beautiful jazz..

Happy New Year, Jeff. Maybe I met Dom in NYC; I'm getting to that golden age where I can't remember s***!

Thanks Jeff!! For you too! Happy new year!!

It was a Django/C. Christian week for me, too.

Better living through music, and Peace on Earth my eclectic invisible friend!

How do I know the name Dom Minasi? Is he a guitarist who got started in Boston?

Same to you and yours! Have a great one!

If C.J. Waggoner wasn't the name of a bad 80s cop show, it should have been! Happy holidays to you and yours!

i've got 7 huge boxes of crap to unpack and sort, put down a rug, setup my guitar/amp and get a piano. :)

the archtop is gathering dust! the good news is my creative space is almost complete. i'll have my mac, a steinway, and the archtop all ready to go soon.

The F_Hole's back in town, CJ! Can't wait to sample what you've been listening during the week.

Hey thanks for my first message. It appears we've similar tastes. Wanna trade anything? Message me.

I still love Martino's Wes tribute album, Footprints, alt. titled The Visit (back when I had it on vinyl). It's a masterpiece.

Jeff, thanks for the kind words. For me LAST*FM is one gigantic classroom. Every step I take in any direction is a learning experience. So much music, so little time...

Ya got me stumped this week, cj. I was away on vacay last week: no stats 4 me.

Da boss of da bass sax: Adrian Rollini! Great tone, no?

Hey Jeff! Unfortunately, our broadcast licence doesn't allow us to podcast but we post our playlists on our blog at our Myspace site www.myspace.com/improvmusiccollective We also post preview notes for future shows there too.

Thx for the heads up, cj.

John, if you get a chance, check out Jelly Roll's complete Library of Congress recordings.

Jelly Roll! There's a gap I need to fill; get me some Jelly Roll Morton.

Hello Jeff! Greeting from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. I know you are from No Boundaries Music. Great avatar with your greatest shape, in greatest country. Just keep hunting for great music.

Hey Jeff, Thanks for dropping by. I just love how eclectic your listening is. I'll be dropping by regularly, too. Thanks for reaching out...

Irene Schweizer is quite interesting, isn't she! I saw her a few years ago with Crispell and I was dazzled by her spinning thru Nancarrow-like player piano riffs, getting inside the piano and plucking out dobro-like folk tunes, blurring next into long Cecil Taylor-like passages and then floating into some lush (but NEVER RHAPSODICAL) themes classical sounding material. Woven together beautifully!

F-hole! I envy you. One of my old teachers, Don Byron, plays with Frizzy a lot. Listening to some old musicals now. Tunes I grew up with.

Frizzy Frisell! I sat in classes with him at Berklee. Different sounding stuff.

I got to see Tal Farlow in the early '90's. He was playing a small restaurant on 13th St. in NYC. Rabbit 4 evah!

Hi cj! Just stopping by to see what you were listening to last week. Awesome!

Anyone that listens to Hank Williams, The Beatles, Lester Young and George Coleman on the same day is cool in my book!

Hey, you listened to Lucky T. and Andrew H. last week...nice

You also have a terrific play list. I hope you'll consider joining NO boundaries Music. Your perspective as well as your play list would be welcome.

The Stanley Bro.s, eh? My wife's into bluegrass, I'll have to ask if she's heard 'em.

Hi! Very interesting its list! It can add to me?

Lester Young AND The Kronos Quartet!

Nice tunes!
