Better Than Me is such a great song. In the Belly… was such a strong and generous period in Cribs history. I went to tonnes of gigs in 2012/13 and the setlists were so varied and rich after a kind of laboured period with Johnny. Hearing Under Pressure in full in Birmingham spontaneously was a highlight. The rare few times they did the Brazen Bull medley in full was superb. The B sides that came with the album were all solid and there are a few deep cut cover version and collaborations from around that time that were brilliant. Great memories…

Only just seen your message. Heartbroken is an understatement. Dodgey red card at 'Boro means we miss out on promotion on Goal Difference and then we have 4 players go off injured in the semi. What are the fucking odds? Ah well, enjoy next season lad.

Got to hand it to your fans last weekend - Was a pretty emotional match for Albion fans but your fans were a proper class touch, fair play to 'em.

Since I last messaged you Hull have reached an F.A Cup Final and played in Europe. Brighton? Oh they turned to absolute shite and are staring at L1. Fucking hate football sometimes.

Aye, was pretty shocked when I saw your result. You should be able to get something against a Cardiff side with nothing to play for though. I'd still have you as favourites to finish 2nd. I'd rather Watford finished 2nd though, just because I reckon we'd have more chance against you lot if we met at Wembley.

Yeah, the stadium location isn't great. There's nowhere in Brighton to build though. We had to fight for 14 years to get the ground built where it is for crying out loud!! Also means away fans end up having a few pints in the ground which generates some extra cash for us... Good luck today. Could be a good day for both of us in the footballing sense.

Didn't realise how far ahead of Watford you are! Can't see you slipping out now. Hopefully meet you in the Prem next season then! What did you think of the Stadium? I know it wasn't quite finished when you played us, but I still see it as a thing of beauty, haha.

3rd and 4th in the table after 5 games. You're just lucky you beat us on the first day of the season.

Hey buddy. Life is good. You? Can't complain with top 10, even if we looked like we were going to sneak in to the Play-Off's at one point. Hopefully keep Vicente and push on next season. Saw Barmby had been suspended but not much more, what happened? Any news on the transfer front up in Hull?

I LOVE Poyet for what he's done to our club. However, he needs to learn how to hold his tongue and not get involved in pointless shit. (E.G, getting involved in the whole Suarez row.) I think we will spend smart in January, and really push on for the top 6. Caskey is an Attacking Midfielder. Scored again today in the F.A cup, winning MoM for the second time in a row.

Music Shout - Glad you enjoy Ghostpoet. Seeming you have more plays for The Streets than me (Although I have more since I signed up), I thought liking Ghostpoet would be a pretty solid bet. "Us Against Whatever, Ever" would be one of my top singles from last year. Quala tune.

Brighton Shout - I'd have bitten your hand off for where we are. IMO, this season was about staying up. A lot of our fans, and our manager were aiming high, but naaah, 20th would have done. High Point of the season? Jake Forster-Caskey. Not 18 until April, started our last game against Saints, bossed the game scored, and was the reason we won 3-0. He WILL play for England - Fact. From where we are, the play-offs are do-able, however, I'd love top half and beating P*lace at Shithurst Park.

Whilst I'm here, I thought I'd recommend Ghostpoet to ya. Pretty surprised you have got any scrobbles for him. Cross between Roots Manuva and The Streets. Really solid debut album, robbed of a Mercury award this year.

Before yesterday... I'd say we could bounce back. Now I'm not so sure. Need 2-3 new players, not enough bottle in our squad atm, thrown away 12 points this season already. Another CM, a Keeper, and a new right back would do nicely.

Draw was fair, but you did edge it... just. We had more of the ball, Basso pulled off some cracking saves BUT you looked dangerous going forward and nearly cracked the frame of the goal on a couple of occasions. Decent game tho'

I'm not sure what I'm more annoyed about. Losing to the scum, or the fact that I didn't even make the ground before the police took me home. :(

I don't think Donny can complain, they were just as dirty. The one on Billy Sharpe was down to inexpereince, not maliace. The lad's only 19 and only started 1-2 league games!
