heyo, i was fascinating in some bands you've listened about the years and i stumbled upon after me, the flood which i had never really on the radar, what made me wonder, whats the point of their singles on our own and Abusive Hands, Abusive Means, are those standalone singles or what is the deal with those songs xD

then you should go more often to shows, i mean you live in the near of the boston hardcore scene, i myself come from south western germany and even here youll find many (underground) hardcore shows ^^

You're right man! I am actually going to be jamming again with a new band. So hopefully we'll be playing shows, too. My former band played with some of my favorite bands, so that was a dream come true. It Prevails (twice), Counterparts, With Life In Mind. That's only a few I can think of right now. We even played two gigs opening for Molotov Solution. My friend plays in a band called Years Apart, and I plan on going to more of their shows because I just re-attained my driver's license. They are a melodic hardcore band in vein of the Boston hardcore scene.

counterparts and it prevails are really great parts, ive seen counterparts so many times, their shows are unbelieveably powerful... i for myself haven't seen really much boston hardcore bands live but to mention some... i've seen defeater and free (with ex-members of have heart) live and thats pretty everything, here in germany the most known bands from the hardcore scene are coming either from NY or california as if america would consist only of those two bands, but hey its better than nothing ^^ and i recently discovered years apart for myself, i immediately fell in love with their style... you should really check out sparks https://sparkxxx.bandcamp.com/releases they sound can be compared with in my eyes, great stuff
